What SEO blogging service packages do I offer?

There is no package as such. I can offer your individual blogging services in which you can pay for individual blog posts, and you can decide how many blogs you want to publish every week, or every month.

Having a set number of blogs every month or every week certainly has a cost advantage. I can offer you a better rate if, say, you want 10 blog posts every month.

To give an idea to my clients, I often tell them a per word rate, but once we have fixed a number, I can also offer a fixed rate and this means, even if I write 100-300 words extra, I don’t charge extra.

Ideal length per blog post is 1500-2000 words.

How does a B2B business benefit from an SEO blogging service?

A B2B company can benefit significantly from an SEO blogging service in several ways.

Increased Visibility and Traffic:

SEO-optimized blog posts can help improve a B2B company’s visibility on search engines.

When potential clients search for relevant topics or services related to the B2B business, having a blog increases the chances of the company’s website appearing in search results.

Establishing Authority and Expertise:

Regularly publishing high-quality, informative blog content demonstrates expertise and thought leadership in the industry.

This can help build trust and credibility among potential B2B clients, positioning the business as an authority in its field.

Educating and Informing Clients:

Blog posts allow B2B companies to address industry challenges, provide solutions, and share valuable insights.

This educational content not only helps potential clients understand the company’s expertise but also provides them with useful information, fostering a sense of trust. – SEO blog writing services

Lead Generation:

Well-optimized blog content can attract visitors to the B2B website.

By including calls-to-action (CTAs) within blog posts, such as inviting readers to download whitepapers, attend webinars, or contact the company for more information, B2B businesses can generate leads from their blog traffic. – SEO blogging service

Long-Term Results and Sustainability:

Unlike some traditional marketing methods, the benefits of SEO and blogging are cumulative and tend to provide long-term results.

Over time, as more blog posts accumulate and gain authority, they can continue to attract organic traffic, generating ongoing benefits for the B2B business. – Blog writing service

Improved Website Ranking:

Regularly publishing fresh and relevant content signals to search engines that the website is active and authoritative. This can positively impact the overall website ranking, making it more likely to appear on the first page of search results for relevant keywords. – Blog writer to improve SEO

Social Media Amplification:

Blog content can be shared on social media platforms, expanding the reach of the B2B business.

Social media shares not only increase visibility but also drive traffic back to the website, contributing to a holistic online marketing strategy.

Adapting to Buyer Behavior:

Many B2B buyers conduct extensive research online before making purchasing decisions.

A blog allows a B2B business to meet potential clients during this research phase, providing the information they need and influencing their decision-making process.

An SEO blogging service can be a powerful tool for a B2B business, contributing to increased visibility, authority, lead generation, and overall online presence.

It aligns with the modern buyer’s journey and helps build a strong foundation for long-term success in the digital landscape.

What does SEO blog writing mean?

What is SEO blog writing

What is SEO blog writing?

SEO blog writing isn’t different from the usual blog writing. The difference is, you carefully choose your topics and the keywords for which you want to optimize your blog content.

Remember that keywords are important only till they solve the purpose. They are important because your prospective customers and clients use different keyword combinations to search for your content. Hence, if your content does not contain the search phrases your prospective customers and clients are using, they won’t be able to find your content on Google and other search engines.

Personally I feel, if your content is good, it is good for SEO.

Good content is good for SEO

Good content is good for SEO

Having said that, there might be millions of web pages and blog posts that come up in the search results when someone searches for keywords.

Even small things matter. What words you have used. What words you have omitted. How many times you have used certain words. Where you have used the words. Where you were supposed to use them but then you didn’t use them. These small things can have a big impact on your search engine rankings.

Hence, even if your blog content is exceptionally good, if another writer has been able to use the keywords better, his or her blog will be ranked higher than your blog.

So, this is what differentiates SEO blog writing from normal blog writing. There must be quality. There must be relevance. There must be focus. There must be regularity. On top of that, you should be able to use the keywords strategically.

Main keywords in this web page:

  • SEO blog writing services
  • Blog writer to improve SEO
  • SEO your blogging service
  • Blog writing service

SEO blog writing services – Reduce your search engine marketing cost

When you publish your blog regularly, lots of your content naturally begins to appear in search results, eliminating the need to constantly advertise on search engines like Google and Bing.

When you don’t have a decent presence on search engines, you have to pay your way into search engine visibility. You have to spend on PPC advertising such as AdWords.

Although search engine marketing through PPC campaigns gets you immediate exposure, it can be very costly, especially when you are promoting multiple keywords. Just imagine, you pay for every click that Google sends your way. For every keyword, for every click, your advertising cost increases exponentially.

But, if you improve your organic search engine rankings through regularly publishing your blog, whether you get 100 clicks, 1000 clicks or even 1 million clicks, the only money that you spend is on getting high-quality content for your blog.

I provide very friendly blog writing services packages.

Listed below are 5 ways my blog content services can improve your SEO:

  1. I provide content consistently: SEO is all about creating targeted content, high quality content, on an ongoing basis. There should be no breaks. When it comes to publishing regular content, you can totally rely my blog writing services.
  2. I provide high-quality, relevant content: I don’t believe in providing just keyword-rich content to fill up your web pages and blog posts. My entire blog writing approach is based on providing your prospective customers and clients high quality and relevant content.
  3. Keywords-rich titles: Your blog post titles are very important. With the help of the list of keywords that you will be providing me, I will come up with engaging, compelling and keyword-rich titles that will be good for your SEO. – Blog writer to improve SEO
  4. Totally optimized content: You will be surprised to know that most of the blogs geared towards search engine optimization suffer from over-optimization and hence, invite penalties from search engines like Google. I have extensive experience in writing keyword-centric content without overusing your keywords.
  5. I will take care of interlinking: As you go on publishing fresh content there will be lots of content to link to. Interlinking is a big part of SEO. It makes it easier for the search engine crawlers to access deep content on your blog and website. Whenever it is relevant, from your latest blog posts I will link to your older posts and web pages.

What will I need from you to effectively deliver my blog writing services?

For every blog post, I will need an optimized title that is focused on solving one problem for at least one category of problems.

If you cannot come up with the right title then give me some keywords and I will come up with the title by myself.

Having said that, for the initial 5-10 posts, I suggest that you give me the titles so that I get a sense of what you’re looking for in a blog writing service to improve SEO.

Another thing I need in the beginning is an outline. Let me know what you want me to cover.

Although, as a trained blog writer I have a fair idea of what direction to follow to cover your topic well and also to improve SEO, for highly effective blog posts, in the beginning, the direction needs to come from you because you know more about your business than I.

I have different rates to write blog posts to accommodate a wide range of clients.

If I need to do all the research and go through multiple revisions because you don’t send me a guideline, I charge you more.

If you send me research material along with the guideline so that your blog can be prepared within a couple of revisions, I charge you less, accordingly.

Does merely having a blog in itself improve SEO? How do you actually improve SEO with blogging?

Not at all. If it were this easy to improve SEO then everybody would install a functional blog and obtain better search engine rankings.

A blog is the structure. You need high quality content to improve SEO. You require trained blog writers.

You can also decide to work with article writing services for that matter.

You need high quality content, publish regularly.

This is the key ingredient for blogging for SEO success.

These two attributes are very important and without these two attributes, you cannot hope to improve your search engine rankings.

Yes, having the right blogging platform certainly helps because it makes it easier for Google crawlers to crawl your content.

But, that alone doesn’t help.

You need to fill your blog with valuable content that engages your visitors on regular basis.

How my blogging services will help your business?

How my SEO blog writing services will help your business

How my SEO blog writing services will help your business

Businesses and individuals maintain a blog for many purposes. One of the most important reasons is establishing a channel of communication from where you share your thoughts, ideas, opinion and experiences with your visitors.

They see your human side. They learn from you. They know more about your business and how you solve your customers’ and clients’ problems.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

For example, if you go through my content writing and content marketing blog, you will observe that I am regularly sharing my content writing and content marketing knowledge. It solves two purposes: it acts as documentation for myself – I can always refer to it whenever I lose track; it tells my prospective clients how much I know about my field, that is, content writing.

I’m constantly telling how my content writing and blog writing services help my clients improve their SEO, improve their conversion rate and get them more customers and clients.

Your blog becomes an information hub. It gives your visitors a reason to visit your website or blog regularly, and this in turn adds more people to your sales funnel.

There is a side benefit of publishing a regular blog: SEO.

Now, you may say that this is not a side benefit, this is one of the most important benefits of publishing a blog. In fact, you may say that you want to hire an SEO blog writing service because it will improve your search engine rankings.

You don’t want to get trapped in a vicious circle. And this is precisely the reason why my clients, once they start using my SEO blog writing services, stick with me.

I don’t write blog posts for improving search engine rankings, at least, I don’t obsess about it.

When writing blog posts my entire focus is on delivering quality content.

Just as fame and money are byproducts of hard work and talent, so are your search engine rankings.

Your blog won’t be successful because it enjoys better SEO. It will be successful because it has quality content, relevant content, useful content.

On the other hand, if your content is well written and provides the information your visitor is looking for, it’s SEO is automatically bound to improve.

Do I mean to say your keywords don’t matter?

They do.

This is why your topic is important.

The key is, choosing the right topic for the right keyword, and then remaining focused on delivering value.

When you focus on the topic, you automatically use the keywords.

When your writing has a natural flow, you neither overuse your keywords nor underuse.

Of course, strategy matters, and this is why you need an experienced blog writer to improve your SEO.

To make sure that your individual blog posts enjoy higher search engine rankings, I will take care of the following when writing your blogs:

  • Create the most appropriate blog post title with a given keyword/keywords.
  • Contextually mention your keywords within the first 100 words of your blog.
  • Judiciously use alternative words to avoid spamming.
  • Regularly provide you high-quality content.

  6. The biggest challenges faced by long form content writing.

Here is a Google Webmasters Central blog update that was published back in 2013 that recommends longer blog posts and in-depth articles to improve your search engine rankings.

Most of the SEO tools these days make you write more than 2000-2500 words when writing webpages, articles, and blog posts.

If you are looking for a content writing service that can help you publish high-quality long form content and longer blog posts of 2000, 3000 or 4000 words, I can provide you well-researched content on an ongoing basis.

Some examples of long form content are:

  • In-depth blog posts and articles
  • E-books
  • Case studies
  • Email series

Right now, I’m writing long form content for the following business sectors:

  • Web design and development
  • Mobile app development
  • Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Technology in general
  • Business processing
  • SEO
  • Internet/digital marketing
  • Real estate

Why publish long form content and why does it matter?

According to a Kissmetric report, people spend 40% time more on blog posts and articles that are more than 2000 words.

The SEO company Backlinko analyzed 1 million Google search results and found that the average length of the results that are featured on Google’s first page is 1890 words. Here is a graph from Backlinko:

Correlation between content length and search engine rankings

Correlation between content length and search engine rankings

A SerpIQ study found a direct correlation between the length of the blog posts and web pages and their respective search engine rankings. Given below is a graph:

Longer blog posts get higher search engine rankings

Longer blog posts get higher search engine rankings

One of the biggest SEO companies Moz did a research on more than 1 million links. This was their observation:

85% of content published (excluding videos and quizzes) is less than 1,000 words long. However, long form content of over 1,000 words consistently receives more shares and links than shorter form content. Either people ignore the data or it is simply too hard for them to write quality long form content.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Emphasis mine.

Long pieces of content convey to Google that you have enough knowledge to pack every possible bit of information into a single blog post.

It convinces Google that once someone visits this particular piece of long form content, he or she is going to get possibly every bit of information he or she is looking for.

Why is it so?

It works something like this:

  1. A person searches for something on Google.
  2. She finds your link and clicks it.
  3. She comes back to Google and carries on with the same search term or something similar.
  4. She goes on exploring your website and doesn’t use the same search term or something similar back on Google.

The 3rd point tells Google that she didn’t find on your website what she was looking for and hence, your link doesn’t solve the purpose of the keyword it is currently being ranked for. The ranking is reduced.

The 4th point tells Google that, since she no longer searches for the same information on Google, she was able to find the information she needed on the link. The link solves the purpose of the keyword it is currently being ranked for. The ranking is further improved.

Longer blog posts mean authoritative content

Longer blog posts mean authoritative content

Longer blog posts mean authoritative content.

The general perception on the Internet is that people these days don’t have enough patience to go through longer blog posts, but as a content writer, I have often observed that it depends on the seriousness of the concerned business.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

This Pew study found out that as long as your content is authoritative and informative, it doesn’t matter whether people are accessing it on their PCs and laptops or mobile phones, they read it.

B2B business managers prefer to read a lot before they make a decision because after all, they will be investing lots of money and time in a particular partnership. If they cannot spend half an hour knowing about the company or the product/service they are going to deal with, how can they have enough patience to do business?

Through my content writing services, I constantly provide long form content to my B2B clients because they understand the importance of including lots of information to educate and inform their prospective business partners.

Shorter blog posts are easier to write

Shorter blog posts are easier to write

Shorter blog posts are easier to create. Since they are easier to create, people tend to overdo. This reduces the quality of the content they publish.

Also, creating short blog posts doesn’t require in-depth knowledge. Even if you use lots of information in those 500 words, Google assumes that since you’re not creating a longer blog post, you don’t have much to say.

Therefore, Google and other search engines have started preferring longer, authoritative blog posts and articles.

An increasing number of businesses are using longer blog posts, or long form content to improve their SEO.

Since everybody runs behind short-short-short, publishing very comprehensive, long blog posts and articles can help you stand out.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Even Google considers shorter blog posts and articles as “thin content” and often penalizes you, because it is easier to write and publish 500-word blog posts. Pay someone $ 5 and you have got yourself the so-called “SEO article”.

SEO experts and online marketers often, mistakenly, stuff websites with lots of shorter blog posts and articles, even if unknowingly, indulging in spam rather than actually improving search engine rankings.

It is assumed that when you publish longer blog posts and articles, you are an expert. Only an expert would have so much to say about a topic.

People who go for shorter, “thin content” neither have the expertise nor the in-depth knowledge required to create lengthy pieces of scholarly material.

Long form content is often accompanied by lots of data, graphics, images and resources. It has different sections explaining the topic from different angles. It is very comprehensive. Whatever information you may need on a topic, you will get it on a longer, authoritative blog post.

Can you trick Google into believing that you are writing and publishing long form content by simply repeating sentences and paragraphs?

You can try and see how it works. After all, you do and learn and then you relearn.

My logic behind advising you against this tactic is that, people behind the ranking algorithm are quite smart.

They can make out repetitive patterns. They can also make out repetitive and related patterns.

They use very complex algorithms, prepared by over 300 maths PhDs who are constantly refining the ranking algorithm to handle exactly such situations.

This will be straightaway termed as spamming. Remember that once your domain is blacklisted or blocked, it is very difficult to get it back on its feet. You may lose your listings for ever. Is it worth it?

There are reasons why Google gives so much importance to long form content:

  1. Longer blog posts weed out those who simply want to publish blog posts to improve search engine rankings for different keywords and consequently, end up publishing lots of inferior-quality content.
  2. Long form content provides authoritative, comprehensive and “complete” solutions to the search engine users, giving them better results.

My content writing process

My long form content writing process

My long form content writing process

1. Thoroughly understanding your audience

It is very important to understand your audience before kick-starting the researching and writing process.

Every piece of content is written for the purpose of consumption by your target audience.

Remember that although you are investing in long form content to improve your search engine rankings, these rankings have no meaning unless your content urges people to do business with you.

In this regard, it is very important to know the “search intent”. Why would people come to this link? What do they want to achieve? What is their intent?

People may search to

  1. Gain knowledge.
  2. Improve their understanding.
  3. Gather information and research.
  4. Buy a product or a service

Then, your content is created accordingly.

2. Deciding on the most appropriate longtail keyword to focus on for your longer blog post

I normally don’t deal with SEO for primary keywords because that’s the job of some SEO company. I write content for longtail keywords, the actual search queries people make.

Longtail keywords are more effective for long form content because

  1. They are easier to rank.
  2. Much information can be found and packed.
  3. They serve search intent better.

If you are getting your content written for your business blog, it is better to concentrate on longtail keywords that have the “buyer intent” – people would like to buy after reading your content.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

The heading of the title of your longform blog is created accordingly.

3. Research and data gathering

Research and data gathering are very important for long form content writing. If you intend to write so much, you have to back your claims with authoritative data – research and findings of professional agencies.

Longer blog posts are scholarly. Their primary purpose is to convey your authority over your field and your ability to convey ideas with facts.

If you are a renowned figure in your field, you can use the facts coming from your own organization, otherwise, you can use external resources.

Research and data gathering also adds weight to what you’re trying to communicate.

For example, from this web page, I have linked to many authoritative studies to show how effective long form content is in terms of increasing your conversion rate and improving your SEO.

4. Internal backlinking during long form content writing

Already got great blog posts and articles within your website? Awesome.

Your longer blog post gives you ample opportunity to link to your existing content.

This improves interlinking and also helps you highlight less-popular blog posts and articles through your long form content that will have a greater success rate compared to those less-popular blog posts and articles.

5. The actual writing process that should be engaging and conversational

It’s not the length of your content that bores people, but the use of heavy words.

Although some clients insist that I use “peculiar language” replete with industry jargon, I use technical words and jargon only when necessary.

For example, many Internet marketers throw around words like KPIs and metrics. They seem like jargon, but it doesn’t mean when I need to use them I don’t use them. I do.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

But I mostly use a conversational style. Easy-going writing.

Goes without saying that the language is decent and professional because you don’t want to sound as if you don’t care for your readers.

6. Revision and final drafting

Once I have completed writing the longer blog post I normally share it with the client through a Google Docs document. He or she gives the feedback, comments and revision suggestions and I make the changes accordingly. That’s it. The document then can be published.

How to choose a content writer for your longer blog posts or long form content writing needs?

Choosing the right content writer for your long form content writing needs

Choosing the right content writer for your long form content writing needs

Remember that to publish longer blog posts that are well researched and authoritative, you cannot work with just any writer. Your writer needs to be an actual writer, not one of those writers who create profiles on freelancing websites and then write bulk articles and blog posts.

What do you need to be careful about when choosing a content writer for your longer blog posts or long form content writing needs?

Your writer will need to

  1. Research.
  2. Compile data.
  3. Create a narrative around that data and information.
  4. Write it in an easy-to-understand format.
  5. Keep it engaging and free-flowing.
  6. Write in a manner so that no section on your blog post seems unnecessary or irrelevant.
  7. Maintain quality for 2500-3000 words.
  8. Keep in mind your SEO needs.
click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Now, all these attributes require talent, intelligence, extreme comfort level with the language he or she is writing in, and experience.

Again, anyone can claim to have these capabilities.

This is where you will need to do a bit of research.

Most of those short-blog-post writers don’t maintain their own blogs and websites. If they could work this hard, they wouldn’t create cheap content.

Maintaining a blog and a website that are constantly updated takes effort, dedication and extreme levels of perseverance.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

These attributes can only be found in a writer who is used to working hard and who understands the importance of high quality, authoritative content.

My rule of thumb is, choose a content writer for your long form content writing needs, or even otherwise, who writes regularly and who doesn’t shy away from writing about his or her skills.

Stay away from a content writer who wants to write only when he or she is paid. I’m not saying force your content writer to write for free for you. No.

What I’m saying is, take for example my own blog, or my website. I’m continuously publishing here content.

Sometimes I also publish content on other websites. Do I get paid for that?

No.

I write for visibility. I write to improve my search engine rankings.

I also write to educate my prospective clients so that they can make their own decision regarding my content writing and content marketing services.
