As a business oriented direct response copywriter, I fully understand that ultimately, what matters is how much revenue you generate, and this is where I effectively provide my copywriting services.

On different websites you may come across expressions like, “I have helped my clients collectively generate $ 500 million so far.”

No, I cannot make such a claim because most of the clients never share their financial details with me. That’s fine with me. It has never even occurred to me to ask.

Then how do I know that my direct response copywriting works?

I receive praises from them. They keep coming back to me. They keep recommending my services to their colleagues and friends. Most of my work these days comes from my existing clients’ recommendations.

What do I deliver as a direct response copywriter?

As a business owner, you obviously need results.

To get the best result out of direct response copywriting you need to clearly define what you want to achieve. Once you have decided that, the copy is written around that idea.

Over the years, after having worked with more than 800 clients, I have concluded that knowing what you want to achieve – your call to action – is very important.

With my direct response copywriting services, I can help you achieve the following:

  • Improve your CTR.
  • Improve your email open rate.
  • Prolong retention after people have heard from you.
  • Improve your search engine rankings (by raising the overall quality of your content).
  • Provoke instantaneous response to your marketing message.
  • Improve social media engagement.
  • Get better conversion from your landing page.
  • Make your website content more informative.
  • Acquire more users for your mobile app.

Why do you need a direct response copywriter?

Here is why:

Want people to act immediately after reading your email copy?

Want people to submit the contact form on your landing page right there right now?

Through direct response copywriting, you seek reaction immediately from your target audience.

You use direct response copywriting to make people

  • Contact you for work.
  • Download a document (e-book, case study, white paper).
  • Make a reservation (for a webinar or an online presentation).
  • Buy your product.
  • Book an appointment.
  • Follow you on social media.
  • Subscribe to your newsletter updates
  • Reach out to you.

The key here is “immediate reaction”. When you want to elicit immediate reaction, you need a direct response copywriter to write your copy.

You can use my direct response copywriting services for

  • Email marketing
  • Landing pages
  • Social media marketing
  • Blogging
  • Brochures and pamphlets

Blogging? Yes, in blogging too you can use copywriting to elicit immediate response from your readers.

What makes direct response copywriting compelling and effective?

This form of copywriting has the following components:

  • A compelling headline or the subject line.
  • The proof that you understand the consumer pain points.
  • A solution your consumers can easily understand.
  • Testimonials and validation.
  • A call to action.

When writing a direct response landing page or email, it is very important that you are purposeful, intent driven, and you communicate compellingly.

You make a promise in the beginning that you’re going to solve a pressing problem. Then you draw an emotional picture of how your offer is going to change the life of the customer or client who is reading your copy.

Does it make sense to buy your product or service? Justify with logic.

Emotions draw attention to your marketing message, but logic makes people buy from you.

One of the biggest challenges in direct response copywriting is that you need to keep the readers hooked to your writing. Keep them reading. The moment they stop reading, they will grow disinterested, and you will lose your sale.

How to make your writing interesting?

Ask the right questions. Keep them curious. Make appropriate statements. Highlight segments that must draw attention. Learn how to create a rhythm of short and long sentences. Tell an engaging story.

4 key elements of direct response copywriting

Key elements of direct response copywriting

Key elements of direct response copywriting

What makes your copywriting effective to an extent that people respond immediately? Here are a few things to take care of:

Persuasive tone

Through your writing, you convince the reader to take an action or believe in an idea. For this, you use an authoritative voice, your present facts and figures, and you use emotional triggers to provoke fear of missing, and other such strong emotions.

Customer-focused messaging

Every customer is looking for WIIFM – what’s in it for me.

You need to communicate this factor in clear language, as early as possible.

What is the value you are delivering? How does the reader of your copy stand to gain by performing the action you want him or her to perform.

Also, make sure that the language is friendly, easy to read, and easy to understand.

Sense of urgency

You want people to act as fast as possible to your CTA. Otherwise, they either get distracted, or disinterested. How do you do that? How do you raise the level of urgency?

Offer them something that they really need or want.

Write as if the offer is limited and they will lose the chance of buying if they don’t buy right now. Set a deadline. Create scarcity.

Incite the fear of missing out – research has shown that people are twice as wary of losing then they are excited about gaining something.

You can also use Power words such as Free, Now, Hurry, Today only, Buy instantly, Don’t miss out, and such.

Write a strong call to action

It is your CTA that makes people act. But it should be clear, and action driven.

Avoid using CTA like, “Buy now”, or “Click here”, and such. Make the benefit clear when you are writing your CTA.

Some good CTA’s are

  • Save 30% now
  • Reserve your seat
  • Start improving your rankings now
  • Begin your health journey
  • Become a better you
  • Avail the discount

That is, use stronger, action words with your CTA.

Outstanding features of direct response copywriting

Direct response copywriting is a powerful tool for businesses of all sizes to generate leads, sales, and conversions. It involves crafting compelling messages that motivate readers to take a specific action, such as visiting a website, making a purchase, or signing up for a newsletter.

Here are some outstanding features of direct response copywriting:

Clarity and conciseness

  • Focuses on a single, clear message. What do you want the reader to do? Make it crystal clear.
  • Uses short, easy-to-understand sentences and words. No one wants to read a convoluted sales pitch.
  • Avoids jargon and technical terms. Not everyone knows what you’re talking about.
  • Gets to the point quickly. Don’t waste the reader’s time.

Benefit-driven

  • Highlights the benefits of your product or service. What’s in it for the reader?
  • Quantifies the benefits whenever possible. Use numbers to make your claims more believable. Improve conversion rate.
  • Focuses on the reader’s needs and desires. What are their pain points? How can you help them?
  • Uses strong verbs and action words. Tell the reader what to do.

Credibility and trust

  • Backs up claims with evidence. Use testimonials, case studies, and data to build trust. Better conversion rate.
  • Uses a conversational tone. Talk to the reader like a friend, not a stranger.
  • Avoids hype and exaggeration. Be honest and transparent.
  • Provides contact information. Make it easy for readers to reach you.

Urgency and scarcity

  • Creates a sense of urgency. Make the reader feel like they need to act now.
  • Offers limited-time deals or discounts. This increases the perceived value of your offer.
  • Highlights the limited quantity of your product or service. This creates a sense of scarcity. Improve conversion rate.
  • Uses phrases like “limited time” and “only a few left.” This adds to the urgency.

Emotional appeal

  • Uses storytelling to connect with the reader on an emotional level. Share stories of people who have benefited from your product or service.
  • Appeals to the reader’s hopes, fears, and desires. What motivates them?
  • Uses vivid language and imagery to paint a picture in the reader’s mind. Make them feel like they can already experience the benefits of your offer. Better conversion rate.
  • Creates a sense of community or belonging. Make the reader feel like they’re part of something bigger.

Differences between direct response copywriting and normal copywriting

  • Purpose: Normal copywriting aims to inform or entertain; direct response copywriting aims to elicit immediate action.
  • Focus: Normal copywriting often builds brand awareness; direct response copywriting focuses on immediate sales.
  • Call to Action: Direct response always includes a strong, clear call to action; normal copywriting may not. Improve conversion rate.
  • Measurability: Direct response copywriting’s success is easily measurable; normal copywriting’s impact is less direct.
  • Style: Direct response is usually more aggressive and sales-oriented; normal copywriting can be subtler.
  • Audience Engagement: Direct response seeks immediate engagement; normal copywriting often aims for gradual engagement. Improve conversion rate.
  • Length: Direct response copy is often longer to persuade thoroughly; normal copy can be shorter and to the point.
  • Urgency: Direct response often creates a sense of urgency; normal copywriting is less urgent.
  • Personalization: Direct response is highly targeted and personalized; normal copywriting is often more general. Better conversion rate.
  • Testing: Direct response copywriting undergoes rigorous A/B testing; normal copywriting less so.
  • Headlines: Direct response headlines are directly tied to actions; normal headlines may prioritize creativity or branding.
  • Language: Direct response uses persuasive, action-driven language; normal copywriting may use varied tones.
  • Follow-up: Direct response includes mechanisms for immediate follow-up; normal copywriting often lacks this.
  • Offers: Direct response makes specific offers; normal copywriting may not make any offers. Better conversion rate.
  • Guarantees: Direct response often includes guarantees; this is less common in normal copywriting.
  • Emotional Appeal: Direct response leverages strong emotions for immediate action; normal copy employs a broader emotional spectrum.
  • Benefits Over Features: Direct response emphasizes benefits more than features; normal copywriting balances both.
  • Psychological Triggers: Direct response heavily uses psychological triggers; normal copywriting uses them more subtly.
  • Customer Testimonials: Direct response often includes customer testimonials; normal copywriting less frequently. Better conversion rate.
  • Medium Use: Direct response is common in emails, landing pages, and mailers; normal copywriting spans a broader range of media.

My direct response copywriting services

My direct response copywriting services

My direct response copywriting services

As an experienced copywriter I can help you improve the response rate of your email campaigns and landing pages. I have developed a process of approaching direct response copywriting to get you the maximum response from your prospective customers and clients. I don’t base my writing on trial and error.

Here is what I will do as your direct response copywriter:

Understand your product or service

To be able to become an advocate of your product or service, it is very important that I understand what the biggest reason people would buy from you?

What would compel them? What is so irresistible in your product or service?

Understand your market

What troubles your customers and clients and how your product or service can eliminate those troubles? What sort of competition you face? Why you are better than your competitors? Improve conversion rate.

Write compellingly and persuasively

One of the biggest objectives of direct response copywriting is to prompt people to act, and this can only be achieved if you communicate your message compellingly and persuasive enough. Better conversion rate.

Communicate a distinct personality

It is very important for your customers and clients to envision your personality when they are reading your copy. Otherwise, they won’t be able to relate and if they don’t relate, they won’t believe your message, and if they don’t believe, they won’t buy from you.

Write in a language that is easy to understand

I achieve that without dumbifying my writing. It is professional, yet simple. It is easier to read yet it makes an impact. It uses the right balance of emotions and logic.

As a direct response copywriter, which industries can I write for?

I have been doing copywriting work for different industries for more than 17 years now (this is 2022-end).

Although I’m more comfortable writing on technology, digital marketing, content marketing, and web design, I have also done direct response copywriting for the following industries:

  • Real estate
  • Healthcare
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Background check
  • Construction
  • Business consulting
  • Fintech
  • Personal and business coaching
  • Self-development
  • Cloud computing
  • Investment consulting
  • Non-profit work
  • Legal consulting
  • Logistics

Am I an expert in all these industries? No I’m not. Then how do I do direct response copywriting for these industries? Improve conversion rate.

To be able to work as a professional direct response copywriter, although you need a certain level of understanding of the industry you are writing for, you don’t need to be an expert.

I will give you a small example:

Recently I was approached by someone to write an email for someone who works at a delivery station. I had no idea what a delivery station is. Then there are people called “dwell chasers” – I had no idea what they did. The brief that she sent was riddled with jargon and I didn’t understand most of it. Better conversion rate.

Without getting rattled, I created a bulleted list of all the words and terms I didn’t understand.

She sent me all the explanations. I wrote the email. It was exactly what she was looking for.

Hence, whenever I don’t understand something, I seek information from the client – enough information to enable me to write the copy.

Wouldn’t it be easier for the client to seek someone who is an expert in the industry? Better conversion rate.

It isn’t normally easy to find an expert who is also a good writer. As a direct response copywriter, one should be able to write compellingly, and persuasively, and this can be achieved even when you’re not an industry expert.

It is very difficult to find a combination of an industry expert and also a good writer. An industry expert without good writing skills is obviously of no use. On the other hand, a good writer who can learn a few things about your industry and then convincingly write your marketing message, is much more useful to you.

Is there something called indirect response copywriting? What’s the difference?

Just like there is direct response copywriting, there is also indirect response copywriting. You already know the meaning of direct response copywriting? What is indirect response copywriting?

You don’t always want to elicit immediate response. Immediate response comes from just 10-15% of your content. Most of the response is delayed – you want to keep your audience engaged so that it becomes more receptive to your direct response messages. Improve conversion rate.

Direct response copywriting doesn’t work in isolation. You can’t just send an email to somebody’s inbox and then expect that person to respond favorably. There are many factors that play together, and one of the biggest factors is the fact that you have been engaging that person for a long time.

You achieve this through indirect response copywriting. Frankly, I don’t think there is such a term as “indirect response copywriting”, but copywriting done to keep your audience engaged for a long time can be termed as such.

Some examples are informative articles, blog posts, newsletter issues, and social media posts.

What is a product description?

What is a product description

What is a product description?

When you add a product in your online catalog, you need to describe its features in a manner your customers can understand.

The description gives your prospective customers all the details about the product such as the size, the color, the configuration if it is a gadget or an appliance, the make, and all other attributes that give the visitors a feeling that they are actually standing in a shop and looking at the product.

I was once writing for a gemstone company and was writing product descriptions for their bracelets.

They wanted stories of the gemstones included in the descriptions such as what is the origin of the gemstones, what are the folklores associated with them, what sort of vibrations they create and what positive changes can be expected once someone begins to wear those bracelets.

The same job is done by your product description when you go to an online retail store or an e-commerce website.

An effective product description must be conversational and packed with useful information.

A well-written product description must convince your visitors into believing that there is no other option but to buy your product.

So, how does a professional content writer or copywriter help you create the perfect product descriptions?

Professional product description writing services

Professional product description writing services

Buying is an emotional decision. You need a content writer who can make an emotional impact with your customers.

How do you make an emotional impact? By weaving a narrative.

As an experienced content writer, I know how important it is to empathize with your customers and write product descriptions that hit a nerve.

I know that product descriptions don’t work out of the box. They are specifically written for your audience.

It is very important that you write item descriptions according to your audience.

Some audience may prefer just 50 words. Some may prefer 200 words. Some prefer just the hard facts. Some want to read a story before they decide. Some like flowery language and some like official jargon.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

What about using the manufacturer’s item descriptions?

When you are reselling something, many descriptions come from the manufacturer’s side.

For example, if you’re selling mobile phones, most of the models come with their own descriptions from the original manufacturer.

The problem with using the manufacturer’s descriptions is that they haven’t written these descriptions for your audience. They have simply described their product.

Even if they are selling the same product on their own website, they have written their descriptions catering to their own audience, keeping in mind their own branding message.

If people needed the same information, why would they purchase from you? Why not purchase from the original manufacturer?

There is a reason they are choosing to purchase from you.

Product description writing for different needs

Product description writing for different needs.

I can write product descriptions for:

  • E-commerce websites.
  • Online retail stores.
  • Websites like Amazon.com.
  • Landing pages.
  • Email marketing campaigns.
  • Brochures and flyers.

Anywhere you want to describe your products in an engaging manner, my content writing and copywriting services can help you.

As a professional content writer and copywriter, I stick to the following guidelines when writing product descriptions

Completely understand what your target audience wants

In fact, this is one of my main strengths. I prefer to understand your target customers completely before I get down to writing your product descriptions.

Even small things matter such as the average age of your buyers, their interests, how often they have shopped from your website and such.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Follow a friendly and casual writing style

Unless there is a pressing exception, I write in a very easy-going manner.

It doesn’t mean I’m careless about my writing. As much as my knowledge goes, there will be no spelling and grammar mistakes.

I will use short, crisp sentences. Please remember that my intention is not to impress your customers, but to provide them the needed information in a conversational manner.

They will feel as if a friend is talking to them.

A knowledgeable friend who knows everything about the product and what it can deliver to them.

Focus on the benefits of the product from the customer’s perspective

It’s not about what you want to tell your customer, but what the customer wants to know.

Since you are trying to sell a product, obviously there is going to be a tendency to promise the stars (there is nothing wrong in that).

But the description must be written from the perspective of your customer. What does she want? Why does she want it? What are the features that are going to be most appealing to her? What is the problem that she is trying to solve?

Take for example a mobile phone. You may think that the camera of your mobile phone is its greatest asset and selling point. But what if your customer is looking for a mobile phone she can easily carry around and charge in as little time as possible?

As much as possible, I will try to understand what your customer is looking for and then write your product descriptions accordingly.

Tell the story of the product in the description

A story doesn’t always have to have a hero, villain, a conflict or a resolution.

As mentioned above in the case of the gemstones, in many descriptions I described how these gemstones are extracted from their natural sources, and then what journeys they take to turn into beautiful bracelets.

Improve search engine rankings through optimized product descriptions

If you have scores of products in your CMS, they can be a good source of higher search engine rankings, provided your product descriptions are optimized for SEO.

For example, if you think that people may be searching for “hand sanitizers that leaves no residue” then this must be there in your product description that “our hand sanitizers leave no residue”.

Or if people are searching for “handbags made of recycled paper” your description must have “our handbags are made of completely recycled paper”.

What I’m saying is, as an SEO copywriter, I can incorporate your primary, secondary and LSI keywords into your product descriptions, contextually without stuffing them needlessly.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Use call-to-action at strategical places

Of course, there is a “Buy” button under the description and people are aware that when they are reading your product description, they are supposed to buy your product after that.

In many instances, they don’t. They need to be specifically told to buy your product otherwise they are missing a big chance.

This is where you need call-to-action. You cannot under use it, you cannot overuse it. You need to strategically introduce it into the copy of your product description so that your customers can feel the pull without feeling it strongly and ending up resisting it in the process.

  6. Converting different search intents into a solid sales funnel through strategic content writing
  7. How does targeting search intent improve your SEO?

Targeting a search intent when writing content helps you improve your SEO.

In fact, I have created a small video to use in various blog posts and presentations when I quickly need to explain what is search intent. Here it is

In plain language, search intent means the intention with which a search engine user searches something.

Want to know how search intent improves SEO?

You can use search intent to improve SEO. These are direct connection between SEO and search intent.

Various SEO and digital marketing experts suggest that there are broadly for types of search intents:

  1. Informational search intent.
  2. Navigational search intent
  3. Commercial search intent.
  4. Transactional search intent

You can take your own example. When you search for something, what is your intention?

You are simply looking for information? Do you seek opinion from the others before you buy something? Are you ready to buy something?

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

For example, you want to improve your search engine rankings and you feel, reading a book might help.

You may search for “the best book on SEO” or “the best search engine optimization book”.

How search intent improves SEO.

If, instead of a book, you simply want to read some good material on SEO that you can implement on your website, you may search for “a detailed SEO guide”.

If you want to know how content writing can help you improve your rankings, you may search for “how does content writing improve SEO?”.

Sometimes you are seeking information just for the sake of seeking information.

Sometimes you want to buy something but before that you need some sort of re-affirmation.

These are different searcher intents.

You won’t look for “SEO copywriting tips” just because you want to kill some time. You need that information to achieve something.

If you want people to be able to find your website for the right search intent, you need to streamline your content accordingly.

Do you only target for the commercial or the transactional search intent?

Search intent

Search intent

After all, you want to increase your sales.

As a professional content writer and an SEO copywriter, I want the maximum number of people submitting my contact form to hire me as their writer.

It’s not easy.

There are hundreds of content writing services there.

They are already ranking quite well for all my primary and secondary keywords (this may also be applicable to your business).

In such a case scenario, it is important that you strategically target a number of search intents and not just the transactional search intent, though, this is the ultimate goal.

The importance of targeting informational search intent when writing content

This is what Google says about the quality of content it wants to find

This is what Google says about the quality of content it wants to find.

Since it is easier to give my own example, I’m going to give my own example.

Unless you know that you need quality content writing services to improve your conversion rate, how are you going to decide to hire my services?

You need that particular level of awareness, to an extent that you are ready to spend money on my services.

Hence, as a service provider whose business depends on your level of awareness, I need to educate you.

Even if you have a basic idea of how my content writing services can help improve your conversion rate and bring down your bounce rate, you need a little bit of convincing through more information.

Also, if I need to convince you that SEO copywriting actually improves your search engine rankings, I must provide you hard facts.

I must explain to you why Google appreciates fresh content.

I must also explain to you how Google and other search engines evaluate your keywords when ranking your content.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

This is one thing.

The second thing is, search engine terms like “content writing services”, “SEO copywriting services”, “blog writing services”, “freelance content writer”, and such, have already been optimized for, by other companies.

Competing with them is going to take a lot of time for me.

So, what do I do?

I publish lots of informational content to improve my rankings for longtail keywords.

It is easier to improve your search engine rankings for longtail keywords because they are less competitive.

Longtail keywords targeting informational search intent may not get me direct business, but it prepares the ground for my ultimate goal.

Since I’m regularly publishing valuable content that is full of useful information, other bloggers and online publishers often link to my content, giving a boost to my search engine rankings.

People share my content on social media channels, bringing in more visibility.

Since there is no dearth of information topics under content writing and SEO copywriting, I can publish practically unlimited number of webpages and blog posts without the risk of publishing duplicate content.

When I regularly publish content, Google crawls my website with greater frequency.

The benefit is that when I add new content it quickly gets indexed by Google. Sometimes, even within 10-15 minutes.

What sort of informational search intent you should target for when writing content or when aiming for SEO?

Suppose you are an accounting firm. You can cover lots of topics for which your prospective customers may not contact you for your services, but they can use your advice to solve many day-to-day problems.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Similarly, if you are a web developer wanting to attract startups and small businesses, you can write lots of informational content on the benefits of working with an independent web developer.

You can talk about the technologies that an average web developer uses to provide affordable and efficient web design services to startups and small businesses.

This way, you increase your visibility and this increased visibility prepares the ground for more business queries.

Informational intent topics begin with “why”, “how”, “when”, “where”, “how many”, “what”, “the top 10”, and so on.

An example: “when are the next Olympics going to be held after Covid?”

Another example: “what are the benefits of working with a content writer?”

Wondering how search intent improves SEO?

How search intent improves SEO

How search intent improves SEO

Imagine you’re lost in a giant library. You need a specific book, but there are millions of them! How do you find it quickly? By knowing what you’re looking for, right?

That’s exactly how search engines work. They want to show you the best results for what you’re actually looking for, not just any random page. This is where search intent comes in. It’s like a whisper telling the search engine what’s in your mind.

Search intent: It’s the reason behind someone’s search query. Are they curious? Wanting to buy something? Looking for instructions? Understanding this intent helps Google and other search engines show the most relevant results.

How does this improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

Think of SEO as making your website the easiest book to find in the library. The better you understand search intent, the better you can optimize your website to show up for the right searches.

Here are five ways:

1. Keywords with Purpose:

Imagine searching for “pizza near me.” You’re not just looking for any pizza recipe, right? You want one you can order or visit now!

So, use keywords that show intent. Instead of just “pizza,” try “best pizza delivery Ghaziabad” or “pizza restaurants open late Ghaziabad.”

This tells Google exactly what you’re looking for and helps your website rank higher for those specific searches.

2. Content that Clicks:

Once someone clicks on your website, you want to keep them there. If they searched for “how to make slime,” don’t just show them a picture of slime! Give them a step-by-step guide with pictures and tips.

Create content that matches the searcher’s intent. Informative for informational searches, persuasive for buying searches, and entertaining for, well, entertaining searches!

3. Titles that Tell:

Think of your website’s title as a book’s spine label. It should tell you exactly what’s inside.

Don’t just use generic titles like “My Website.” Be specific! “Fun Slime Recipes for Kids” or “Order Delicious Pizzas Online in Ghaziabad” are much more likely to grab attention.

4. User-Friendly Design:

If the library shelves are all jumbled up, you’ll give up searching, right? Make your website easy to navigate.

Organize your content clearly, use headings and subheadings, and have a simple search bar. This helps users find what they’re looking for quickly, keeping them happy and coming back for more.

5. Local is Lovely:

Remember searching for “pizza near me”? Many searches are now location-specific.

If you have a local business, use local keywords and optimize your website for Google My Business. This helps people in your area find you easily.

By understanding and using search intent, you’re basically giving search engines a map to your website.

It’s like having a helpful librarian guiding lost readers straight to your book. So, keep these tips in mind, optimize your website with intent, and watch your online traffic soar!

Remember:

  • Focus on the user’s needs. What are they looking for?
  • Use relevant keywords and titles.
  • Create helpful and engaging content.
  • Make your website easy to navigate.
  • Target local searches if relevant.

With a little SEO magic and a focus on search intent, your website will be the most sought-after book on the digital bookshelf!

The slight difference between commercial and transactional intent and how to target them through content writing

There is a small difference between commercial and transactional intent.

These two terms are confusing, but it is important to understand the difference and then write your content accordingly.

Commercial intent: You are ready to purchase but you need to compare various items before you finally decide.

Some examples of commercial intent:

  • Best content writing service.
  • Best SEO copywriting service.
  • The review of SEO copywriting services/content writing services reviewed.
  • Best cook food for junk food.
  • Google Pixel an iPhone comparison.

As you can make out, the person is ready to take the plunge, but she wants to make the best choice.

Transactional intent: You are ready to purchase and you just want to go to the right place to purchase.

Some examples of transactional intent:

  • Nearest food delivery service.
  • Hire a content writer service.
  • Buy red Gucci bag.
  • Coupons for Grammarly.

The person is ready to buy. She just needs to know where to buy it.

You first create informational content to raise awareness about your product or service.

You give enough information to your visitors and convince them further.

You help them buy from you.

In terms of search intent, here is how you define your sales funnel:

Different search intents are like different phases of your sales funnel

Different search intents are like different phases of your sales funnel.

I created another explainer video for LinkedIn and Twitter and I have simply extracted a screenshot to graphically explain the concept.

Publish lots of informational content.

This increases familiarity with your brand.

Publish commercial content.

This convinces your prospective customers and clients that you have got what they are looking for.

Explain to them how they can do business with you.

How does targeting search intent improve your SEO?

SEO is all about right targeting.

You don’t want to generate random traffic to your website or blog.

You want to generate traffic that solves a purpose.

Whether you want to inform people, educate them about your business, ask them to buy from you, the intent of your content must be clear.

Only then you improve your SEO.

Content Writing Services For Online Medical Practices

Content writing and SEO copywriting services for online medical services

Content writing and SEO copywriting services for online medical services.

In the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak, many medical practitioners are providing their medical services online through mobile apps and web interfaces.

In many countries like the USA, it is also called telemedicine.

Medical practitioners provide their services over the Internet.

It may include diagnosis and treatment.

Focus points of this web page:

  1. Content writing services.
  2. SEO copywriting services
  3. Online medical practices.
  4. Online medical services.
  5. Doctor consulting with video chat.
  6. Content writing services for online medical practitioners.
  7. Content writing services for telemedicine services.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

There are multiple ways health workers, doctors and medical practitioners are providing their services online including

  • All-purpose mobile apps connecting doctors, therapists, consultants and patients.
  • Dedicated mobile apps launched by doctors, therapists and consultants.
  • Dedicated mobile apps and web services launched by hospitals, health centers and clinics.

Patients can upload their medical records and the doctors and physicians can go through them.

Doctors and patients can also have video chats and the doctors charge a consultation fee through online payment.

Why do you need to increase your online presence for your online doctor consultation through content writing?

Being an experience website content writer I know the importance of a vibrant online presence through high quality content.

As a doctor or a medical practitioner, you can provide consulting services to your patients using mobile apps or web-based services.

As mentioned above, this is also called telemedicine.

Although, in telemedicine, different medical gadgets and appliances such as blood pressure checker, blood sugar checker and weighing machine are also used in data is directly sent to the concerned doctor.

Whether you are an independent doctor, or you are a clinic, it can benefit you immensely if your patient base increases.

This suddenly expands your reach.

You are no longer constrained by geographic limitations.

Within a second, a patient living thousands of kilometers away can reach you and get your advice and pay you.

You want to be able to see more and more patients, don’t you?

If possible, you want to provide your doctor & medical consulting services to patients living in other cities, even other countries, don’t you?

How do my content writing services help you?

You cannot be constantly telling your prospective patients what a great doctor you are.

You need to provide them useful, helpful content, to keep them coming to your website or blog.

Among so many doctors and physicians, you need to give them a reason to keep you in mind when they need you.

Unlike conventional hospitals and clinics, you don’t wait for the patients to come to you when they are feeling unwell.

On the Internet, you create a presence so that people can find you for relevant reasons even when they are not feeling sick.

You need to create a presence so that people know about you even when they are healthy or relatively healthy.

Even if they themselves don’t need to see a doctor or a physician, they may like to recommend you to their relatives, their family members, their colleagues, their friends or even people on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Through highly targeted and high quality content, you need to target patients as well as people who may someday recommend patients to you.

I remember once my daughter was not getting well and we were taking her to one of the best hospitals in New Delhi, with no results.

Desperate for help, I posted on Twitter if there was some doctor someone trusted.

Someone gave me the number of his family doctor and ever since then, whenever there is health -related problem, we go to that doctor even when going to him means a travel of more than two hours.

What I’m trying to say is, you don’t just target patients. You also target people who would someday recommend someone to you.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

How do you do that?

Have you seen WebMD? They are constantly publishing high-quality content on various health related topics and issues.

Do a search on anything health-related and there is a great possibility that you will come across a WebMD link.

I’m not suggesting that you create an online health directory or health portal because financially or even human resources-wise, it won’t be possible even if you want to create such a portal.

But you can cover your area of specialty.

For example, you are an ENT doctor. What about publishing lots of information on how people can take care of small ear, nose or throat related ailments?

Anyway they are not going to consult a doctor for these small problems but they are going to look up some solutions to get some relief.

If they can get such a useful information from your website or through your mobile app, when they really need to consult a doctor, they will certainly contact you.

All you and your patient need is an Internet connection and an ability to hold a video chat, if necessary.

This person can be in Australia, in Canada, in Singapore or USA or India.

A great example would be, a person of Indian origin living in Canada but wanting to see an Indian doctor. Suddenly, he or she will be able to do that.

Just imagine how many patients you can see through your online medical and healthcare services.

People all over the world are ready to pay for the convenience and timely consulting.

For example, if someone searches for “need to consult an eye specialist online” and if a link to your website comes up immediately among the top three results, the person is going to contact you.

I’m not saying that it can be achieved immediately.

It will certainly require some effort and consistency.

You will need to generate content that is search engine optimized for your specialty – eye specialist or ophthalmologist and other search terms that your patients may use to be able to find you online.

The only way they can find you is through a search engine like Google or through social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram.

For people to be able to find you, you need a presence on the Internet.

By now you must have realized by your own experience that the search engine is the first place you go to, whether you’re looking for a pair of spectacles or a business partner.

Unless people personally know you they are going to search for the business consulting services that they need.

For example if they need a business consultant in the publishing industry, they are going to search for “business consultant in publishing industry”.

If they need a consultant in content marketing, they are going to search for “business consultant in content marketing”.

Naturally, you want them to be able to find you for your business consulting niche.

With my content writing and copywriting services I can help you improve your search engine rankings for your most important keywords.

Higher search engine rankings and better conversion rate for your business consulting services

Content writing services to improve SEO of your business consulting website

Efficient and quality content writing services help you at two fronts: improve your SEO – search engine rankings – and improve overall engagement rate on your website through useful and relevant content.

To improve your organic search engine rankings, you need to publish high-quality content on your website or blog on an ongoing basis.

This is because search engines like Google are constantly looking for fresh content. Various studies have shown that websites that are updated 15-16 times every month generate more traffic compared to websites that publish fewer blog posts and webpages.

Impact of publishing frequency on search engine traffic – graph

Impact of publishing frequency on search engine traffic – graph.

Being a business consultant or someone who is running a business consulting service, you cannot afford to publish inferior quality content because your visitors are going to judge you by the quality of your content.

It is very important for your business consulting service to publish authoritative content to showcase your expertise, experience and an ability to communicate hard-hitting messages.

As a content writer I can help you with

  • Regularly publishing useful blog posts.
  • Publishing and informative articles and webpages.
  • Running your email marketing campaign.
  • Publishing authoritative blog posts for other niche fields.

High-quality content increases your reach, makes it easy for people to find you and improves your search engine rankings for target keywords and search terms.

As an experienced content writer, I can also help you come up with highly optimized titles and topics that will help you improve your overall organic search engine rankings for the most appropriate keywords.

For better search engine rankings, quality matters a lot.

Google has a way of finding out how visitors interact with your content.

Even if initially you get good search engine rankings, if people don’t have good experience with your content, they leave your website within seconds, come back to Google and carry on with the previous search.

This tells Google that you are not publishing relevant content and it begins to lower your search engine rankings.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

My content writing services can deliver you

  • Authoritative, research-based content.
  • Regular supply of high-quality content.

Please remember that regularity is as important as quality.

Once or twice in a month, someone from any profession can come up with high-quality content, but what matters the most is, and which is difficult to achieve, publishing quality content on an ongoing basis.

Copywriting services to improve your business consulting website conversion rate

Although you need targeted search engine traffic to attract visitors to your website who will hire you for your business consulting services, ultimately it is the copywriting on your website that improves your conversion rate.

As you must know, your conversion rate is the ratio between the total number of people who come to your website and people who hire you as their business consultant or take action you want them to take.

It isn’t necessary that everyone hires you as a business consultant. As a KPI you can also measure

  • The number of people downloading your case studies.
  • The number of people subscribing to your email updates.
  • The number of people who leave constructive comments on your website or blog.

Copywriting is different from content writing in the sense that whereas content writing helps you publish informative articles and blog posts to increase your search engine rankings and establish yourself as an authority in the field of business consulting, copywriting talks to your visitors in a convincing manner and makes them reach out to you in the form of filling up your contact form, subscribing to your newsletter or simply contacting you by any other means.

You need copywriting for your homepage, services page, company profile page and landing page if you want to attract traffic from PPC campaigns, email marketing campaigns and social media marketing campaigns.

As explained above, content writing informs and educates, but copywriting sells.

On your homepage you must sell your business consulting services. On your landing page you must be able to promote yourself as a capable business consultant who can help businesses grow.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Your visitors will decide their next action based on the quality of copywriting on your website, especially the main pages.

Efficient copywriting services must help you convey to your visitors that you can convincingly provide one of the following business consulting services:

  • Your expertise in the niche business field.
  • Help your clients identify their problems.
  • Provide staff augmentation services.
  • Initiate new changes in the organization.
  • Train employees.
  • Handle layoffs.
  • Create new business opportunities.
  • Business lobbying.
  • Technological transformation.

After going through the copy of your website, your visitors must feel convinced that you can provide all the above-mentioned services as well as other related services that you would like to offer as a business consultant.

The ultimate combination of content writing and copywriting for your business consulting services

Frankly, it is difficult to find a writer who can provide both content writing and copywriting services.

So, how can I provide you both the services?

I am a writer. I am a storyteller. I also do journalistic writing.

Like other content writers, I don’t just deal with technical writing or educational literature.

I know how to convince people. I know how to keep them engaged with my writing.

When I write for your business consulting website, I will write for your audience, of course, from your perspective.

I’m not here to impress people with my writing. I’m here to help you sell.

To be able to sell your business consulting services, you need an active presence on the web, and you need to be able to sell yourself as a dependable consultant.

Hence, you need content writing to inform and educate people and keep them engaged. And you need copywriting to convince them into hiring your services.

I can provide you both. Contact me for more details.

Content writing and copywriting services for PPC campaigns

Content writing and copywriting services for PPC campaigns

Content writing and copywriting services for PPC campaigns.

What is the most important thing when you are running a PPC campaign?

Your conversion rate.

My content writing and copywriting services can help you improve the conversion rate of your PPC campaigns.

What are PPC campaigns and why the conversion rate is important for them?

When you run a PPC campaign, you pay for every click, and hence, the nomenclature, “pay-per-click”. You pay for every click you get. Whenever someone clicks on your link you pay for that click.

Conversion rate is important for your PPC campaigns

Conversion rate is important for your PPC campaigns.

You can run PPC campaigns on search engines like Google and Bing. On search engines they appear as “sponsored links”. You bid on individual keywords.

For example, if I want to run a campaign for content writing services for PPC campaigns or copywriting services for PPC campaigns I will first have to see how much my competitors are paying for listings on the first page on Google. If I want to appear higher than them, I will have to bid higher than the highest bidder.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

If I have 10 keywords, I will need to bid for all those 10 keywords to appear on search results among “sponsored links”.

These are called PPC campaigns on the search engines.

You can also run PPC campaigns on social media and social networking websites like Facebook and LinkedIn. They have their own system, but the philosophy is the same: pay-per-click – you pay for every click you get from them.

The importance of the conversion rate of your PPC campaign

Since you are paying for every click, each click that doesn’t result in a sale (or the action you want them to perform, for example, download your e-book or case study) is costing you money. Of course, even those clicks that result in a sale cost you money, but you are getting a result.

The better is your conversion rate, the better is the ROI of your PPC campaign.

The success of your PPC campaign depends on your conversion rate.

Conversion rate is the ratio between the number of people who come to your website through your PPC campaign and the number of people who buy your product or service for which you are running your PPC campaign.

Conversion rate explained

Conversion rate explained

Naturally, you want greater number of people buying from you.

Some campaigns have a 5% conversion rate, some have 10%, many even have 40%.

Content writing and copywriting have a direct impact on your PPC campaign’s conversion rate

Here, although I’m using both the terms “content writing” and “copywriting”, when it comes to writing for your PPC campaigns, you’re mostly dealing with copywriting.

The link that you share in your PPC campaign goes to a landing page. The landing page is where the whole action happens.

Your landing page is a focused web page that is created solely for the purpose of serving people who are coming to your website through your PPC campaign.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Some digital marketers suggest creating dedicated landing pages for individual keywords. Having dedicated landing pages for individual keywords increases your conversion rate.

But what increases the conversion rate of your landing page?

Its copy. This is where my copywriting services can help you.

When visitors come through your PPC campaign to your landing page, the maximum number of people need to convert.

For this to happen, you need to deliver your message convincingly.

If the copy on your landing page does not move people, they are not going to buy from you. They’re going to leave your landing page without buying. This will waste the money you have spent on your campaign.

The more visitors leave your landing page without buying, the more money you waste.

How does my copywriting service help you improve conversion rate of your landing page?

I write very focused content. When I write the copy for your PPC campaign landing page, your prospective customers and clients are going to be my main focus.

What are they looking for?

What types of words and expressions are going to convince them?

Do they feel informed?

Do they feel engaged?

Can they easily read the copy on your landing page and understand your message?

Does your message make the right emotional impact?

Does your copy follow a narrative and keep people bound to the core message?

Do they read till the end and then do what you want them to do (why your product, high your service or download your e-book, or simply fill up your contact form)?

These are very important questions.

Only an experienced and professional content writer and copywriter can help you achieve all these for your landing page.

Why hire my content writing and copywriting services for your PPC campaigns?

Efficient content writing and copywriting services

Efficient content writing and copywriting services.

Most of my clients, when they hire me for their PPC campaigns, do so for two reasons:

  1. Write the copy of the PPC campaign itself.
  2. Write the copy of the landing page.

The copy of the PPC campaign is also very important especially when you are advertising on Google.

If the conversion rate of your PPC campaign itself (not the landing page) is higher, do you know that you pay less per click?

Google has devised its payment model in such a manner that if your campaign attracts more clicks, you pay less for the same space and if your campaign attracts fewer clicks, you pay more.

Hence, I can write copy to attract more clicks for your PPC campaigns.

Then comes the landing page. When people click your PPC campaign link, they come to your landing page.

You have got their attention. Now you must keep them attentive. This is the job of the landing page copy.

I will start with a hard-hitting headline that immediately tells your visitors what they are going to get from you.

I will start with a captivating first sentence. Every sentence of mine will lead them to the next sentence and this is how I will formulate the whole narrative.

By the time they are through with the entire copy, they will be ready to buy from you.

I’m not saying I can deliver you an insane conversion rate, but I can definitely improve your present conversion rate or the conversion rate of your upcoming PPC campaign through my content writing and copywriting services.

Post-sales content writing & copywriting services

Post-sales content writing and copywriting services

Post-sales content writing and copywriting services.

In many organizations, 40% of the business comes from existing customers and clients. This is a big number.

Post-sales content writing plays a big part in bringing your existing customers and clients back to your business. How does this work?

You need to keep your customers engaged without annoying them or without bombarding them with needless marketing messages.

They have already bought from you. Assuming that they like your product or service, they must have had a good experience with you. They may even recommend you to their friends, colleagues and relatives when they have just had a positive experience with you.

But, this world is very noisy. There is a deluge of messages and notifications and propositions from every direction.

Whether they use a search engine or check their social media timelines, zillions of messages are constantly trying to convince your customers and clients into buying something whether it is a product or a service, or a political message.

How to make sure that your existing customers and clients remember you?

Post-sales content writing & copywriting.

What is it? It is content writing specially targeted towards people who have already done business with you and there is a chance that they may again do business with you.

Even if they don’t plan to do business with you, since they have had a good experience with you, they may like to recommend your product or service to people they know. After all, conversations on social media and social networking websites are more effective than traditional advertising.

Post-sales content writing can help you in many ways.

Post-sales content writing & copywriting for email marketing to existing customers and clients

Your existing customers and clients are solid leads. They have purchased from you. They are familiar with your name. Since they have paid you, they have also developed an affinity towards your brand.

When they buy from you, they give you their email ID. When they give you their email ID, they assume that you are going to keep in touch with them. Well, most of them assume that.

Hence, if you are not using those email ids to engage with your existing customers and clients, you are wasting great business opportunities.

Post-sales content writing for email marketing gives you crisp copy to make new offers to your existing customers and clients.

Remind them if they purchased some consumable from you and you believe that they are going to run out of it – for example, printer cartridges or stationery, or even that shirt that they purchased a year ago.

You can ask them if they are satisfied with the product or service or if there is anything you can do to help them.

The basic idea is, keep the dialog going, but without being intrusive, and without being overtly salesy.

Post-sales content writing for website and blog

The FAQs section is a good example of post-sales content writing. After purchasing your product or service, people want to know more about it. Maybe they cannot figure out how to use it. Maybe they are trying to solve the wrong problem with it.

You can list all the questions they may have after purchasing from you.

You can also publish dedicated blog posts to help those people who have purchased from you. You can share the experience of your other customers and clients. You can regularly publish testimonials. Even case studies and white papers are good examples of post-sales content writing.

Investing in a copywriter is an investment in your business’s growth.

As a professional copywriter, how can I help you increase your leads and increase your sales?

My main focus as your copywriter is to understand the problems your target customers and clients are facing and then writing copy to solve their problems.

Does you copywriting convince that it solves problems

Does you copywriting convince that it solves problems?

This is what your business does, right?

Someone has a problem, and you provide a solution.

The problem often lies in the fact that you or your copywriter is unable to convince your prospective customers and clients that you can solve their problem.

To increase your leads, the text on your website must have a purpose.

To increase your sales, you must know what is the purpose of all that text on your website.

Long gone are the days when people wrote for their websites just to improve their SEO thinking that if they got enough traffic, it will automatically generate more business.

“Long gone” is not an apt phrase as I still see people obsessing over SEO and paying scant regard to the actual factors that can help them increase their leads and increase their sales.

Just focusing on SEO might have worked when fewer businesses were online. It was easier to generate more traffic. Even spam could get you business.

With increasing competition, this approach no longer works.

People would click links out of curiosity, just for the fun of it.

Remember that banner ad that had a fast-moving monkey prompting you to click the monkey, and when you clicked the monkey, you were taken to a totally unrelated website that had nothing to do with monkeys?

Despite knowing what was in store, people clicked the monkey.

Now, people no longer click the monkey.

To increase your sales your copywriting must offer something convincing, to first get people to your website, and then to believe in what you are telling them.

They need to believe you enough to spend their hard-earned money on your business.

Copywriting to generate more leads and sales isn’t just about writing well and convincingly, although, they are the most important components of successful copywriting.

You also need to hook your readers, and then keep them hooked.

I can help you with that.

For example, the purpose of your headline must be to make people read the first sentence of your copy.

The purpose of your first sentence is to make people read the second sentence.

The first paragraph must leave people hanging with so much curiosity that they immediately want to read what is there in the second paragraph.

Copywriting services.

This goes on with the entire copy until the reader has read till the end and has totally grasped the essence of your message.

To increase your sales, your copywriter must make your reader read the entire thing.

I can achieve this with my copywriting skills.

I know how to weave a narrative around a product or a service. I know how to keep people interested. I know how to write convincingly.

What does generating leads through copywriting mean?

To understand this, you need to first grasp what are leads.

More leads. More sales.

Leads are people who have shown some interest in your business.

They’re not necessarily ready to buy from you, but somehow, they have reached out to you.

I provide content writing & copywriting services.

Using my contact form, you inquire about my services and how I can help you write convincing website content.

Or maybe you want me to write the copy of your email marketing campaign.

You are a hot lead.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

You are ready to do business with me.

Or maybe you have just asked normally how copywriting services work.

You are just toying with the idea of hiring a professional copywriter for your business website.

You haven’t yet made up your mind.

Nonetheless, you write to me.

You are a lead.

So, basically, leads are people who have sent you an email expecting a reply from you or who have called you expecting that you will give them more information by either calling back or through email.

Leads are people who are eager to hear from you.

When they hear from you, they will pay attention.

You won’t catch them off guard when you contact them.

Now, people don’t just reach out to you unless they are moved enough.

It takes effort to make a phone call or submit a contact form or write an email.

They will come to your website, read the text and then decide whether to reach out to you or not.

If the text does not convince them, they will move on to another website.

Whether they come across your contact information through social media or your website, something must be there to move you to contact you.

My copywriting services give you that “something”.

My copywriting services will increase your conversion rate

It’s no big deal getting traffic to your website.

Even black hat SEO can get you tons of traffic.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

What matters is, how many people convert.

How many leads you get.

How much can your copywriting sell?

How much can your copywriting sell?

How many sales you make.

When I write copy for your website, more people will be moved to contact you and eventually, buy from you.

How do I do that?

My writing style is conversational but informative.

I have a professional tone, but I can still sound personal.

I know how to understand your customer’s problems and then write copy accordingly.

Through my copywriting, I will convince them that you have got what they need.

This will motivate them to contact you. Hence, a better conversion rate.

A higher conversion rate directly translates into more leads.

This means that a greater percentage of the people who visit your website, see your ad, or read your email will take the desired action, whether it’s signing up for a newsletter, making a purchase, or requesting a quote.

My copywriting services can help you improve your conversion rate in several ways:

  • Compelling headlines and copy: I can create attention-grabbing headlines and engaging copy that will capture the interest of your target audience and make them want to learn more.
  • Clear and persuasive messaging: I can craft clear and persuasive messaging that highlights the benefits of your offerings and convinces your audience to take action.
  • Strong calls to action: I can write compelling calls to action that tell your audience exactly what you want them to do and make it easy for them to take the next step.
  • Emotional connection: I can tap into your audience’s emotions, creating a sense of urgency and desire that leads to action.

By improving your conversion rate, I can help you generate more leads from your existing marketing efforts.

This means that you can reach a wider audience and ultimately generate more sales.

Here’s a simple example to illustrate the relationship between conversion rate and leads:

Let’s say you have a website that receives 100 visitors per day.

If your conversion rate is 1%, then you will generate 1 lead per day.

However, if you can improve your conversion rate to 2%, then you will generate 2 leads per day.

This is a 100% increase in leads!

As you can see, even a small improvement in your conversion rate can have a significant impact on your lead generation efforts.

By hiring me as your copywriter, you can invest in one of the most effective ways to improve your conversion rate and generate more leads for your business.

Do my copywriting services improve your SEO?

SEO these days is all about providing relevant content and user behavior when people are on your website.

A big SEO factor these days is your bounce rate.

Do people immediately leave your website after finding your link in search results because they didn’t find relevant information?

If you have a higher bounce rate your search engine rankings deteriorate

My copywriting services keep people on your website.

I write in an engaging manner.

I don’t beat around the bush.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

I can narrate a story.

Basically, when people come to your website, they will want to hang around and read stuff.

This in turn will have a positive impact on your SEO.

What about keywords?

Do I use keywords in copywriting?

Yes.

Provided you stick to the topic, you automatically use the right keywords and then this automatically benefits your SEO.

For example, the purpose of this webpage is to convince you that I can help you increase your leads and increase your sales with my copywriting services.

So, obviously, I’m going to talk about copywriting services and increasing your leads and sales and consequently, the text should be automatically optimized for these terms.

Generating more leads and consequently, making more sales is all about convincing people.

This, I achieve through my copywriting services.

SEO copywriting services improve search engine rankings by creating content that is tailored to be easily understood by search engines and relevant to users.

These services incorporate primary keywords, which are the main terms related to the topic, and secondary keywords, which support the main idea.

When someone searches using specific keywords, search engines look for relevant content.

By including these keywords naturally in the copy, SEO copywriting signals to search engines that the content is relevant.

This helps the content to rank higher in search results.

Using primary and secondary keywords strategically in the copy helps to attract more traffic to a website.

However, it’s not just about getting people to the site – it’s also about keeping them there and encouraging them to take action.

SEO copywriting not only focuses on search engine visibility but also on engaging readers.

By creating content that is informative, valuable, and easy to understand, it increases the likelihood that visitors will stay on the site, explore further, and eventually convert, whether that means making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or taking another desired action.

In summary, SEO copywriting services use targeted keywords to improve search engine rankings and create content that not only attracts more visitors but also convinces them to take action, ultimately improving both search rankings and conversion rates.

How can my copywriting services help your business?

  • Elevate your brand with compelling and memorable messaging.
  • Attract and engage your target audience through persuasive content.
  • Boost website traffic with SEO-optimized copy that ranks higher on search engines.
  • Increase conversions by crafting clear and persuasive calls-to-action.

Copywriting to communicate what value you deliver as a B2B company

The copywriter must be able to communicate the true value of your business

The copywriter must be able to communicate the true value of your business

This is one of the most important aspects of writing copy for a B2B company.

Usually when I’m writing content it is to educate and inform consumers about the capabilities of my B2B client.

But as a copywriter, I focus more on the value the B2B company delivers once people decide to work with the company.

I write for different types of B2B companies – sometimes even for those companies who already have their copy written but are observing that the writing is not delivering.

One of the biggest reasons why copywriting fails B2B companies is that it does not communicate the true value the company delivers.

For example, if you decide to hire my copywriting services, it goes without saying that I write exceptionally well.

You are paying for good quality copywriting. That goes without saying.

But, what value do I deliver?

My copywriting helps you generate more leads, increase sales and improve your search engine rankings.

These are the values that I deliver.

These are the values that I must communicate to you while you’re going through information on my website and trying to decide whether you should hire me or not.

Why qualified copywriting services matter to a B2B company?

In the B2B landscape, the stakes are higher. The money that you spend on products and services, isn’t just on the higher side, it also has a direct impact on the growth of your business.

For example, if you are a B2B company and you want to hire my copywriting services, your business depends on what I write.

People will come to your website or landing page, go through the information (that I’ll be writing) and then decide the future course of action.

My writing may send them away or may convince them to buy from you.

So, naturally, you need to be very careful before you hire me as a copywriter for your B2B business.

In fact, as a side note, when some B2B clients are reluctant to pay my usual rates, I immediately know that they don’t understand the true value of the written word on their website.

Your business depends on what’s written on your website.

If people are not impressed with your writing, if your writing is not convincing, if your writing does not communicate what value you can deliver, people won’t do business with you.

So, on this page, I’m going to help you make up your mind if you need a copywriter for your B2B website. And if you feel confident enough to hire me as your copywriter.

I offer copywriting services for B2B marketing

The image shows a professional copywriter

When people come to my website, they assume I write content, even when they expect me to write copy.

There’s a difference.

Although elsewhere on my website I’ve explained the difference between content writing and copywriting in detail, I’ll quickly touch upon the topic here.

Content writing is about informing and educating. It’s also about SEO.

Content is crucial for content marketing.

You use content writing to fill up your website or blog with lots of useful information that people can consume, educate themselves and then decide to do business with you.

You can also use content writing to write content for other websites – other blogs and online publications and social media and social networking websites like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter – and then use your content to boost inbound marketing.

Through content writing you explain to people what your product or service does, how it solves problems and it makes people’s lives easier. You also tell the search engines like Google what sort of information is mostly on your website so that accordingly they can analyze and rank your content.

Copy writing sells and convinces.

The purpose of copy writing is to turn casual visitors and to paying customers and clients.

It may also be about SEO, and it may also be about informing and educating, but mostly it is about selling. The result of every copywriting exercise is to sell or to encourage the other person to click your “call to action” icon, button or link.

It’s persuasive.

With content writing, people read, appreciate, and then go on with their lives.

With copywriting, they decide to spend money on your product or service.

This is the biggest difference: with content writing you inform and educated, with copywriting you sell.

With this out of the way, while I write content, I’m also an experienced copywriter, which means, I can help you sell more with my writing skills.

When am I writing sales copy for your B2B company?

The image shows a visiting card with writing B2B sales copy written on it

Writing B2B sales copy

When you want me to sell.

It can be your homepage. Your services page. Your products and services descriptions page.

When you want people to do business with you after having read the copy present on your webpage, it becomes copywriting.

When you send an email urging people to buy from you, I’m not writing as a content writer for your B2B email marketing campaign, I’m writing as a copywriter.

My copywriting process when I’m writing for a B2B company

The image shows a process diagram

B2B copywriting process

The writing process is straightforward. You want people to read your copy and not just read, buy from you after reading it.

But, for that to happen, you need to capture their attention.

You must tell them something compelling, something that immediately grabs their attention and makes them read the next sentence. Something that keeps them on the proverbial edge of their seat.

People in B2B don’t like fluff. It’s serious business. The stakes are high. They will be spending lots of money on you if they get convinced.

Hence, they need real information. They are busy people, so you don’t want to waste their time. You don’t want to use extra words but at the same time, you want to use the right words to hit the right emotional chords.

If your copy is not emotional, they are not going to buy.

Yes, I can hear you saying that what has emotion got to do with their serious business decision?

Why do you go for a business lunch or a business dinner or a business breakfast?

When you make a presentation, why do you want to include attractive graphics and visuals?

Why do you want to have an elegant layout for your website?

Why do companies spend millions of dollars sometimes on a logo?

Emotional connection. You want to make an emotional connection. You need to appeal to something inside rather than simply talking about facts and figures.

I will also spend considerable amount of time understanding your product or service and what it exactly delivers to your end users. What impact it makes. How it benefits your buyers. Are your buyers really going to benefit?

After understanding your deliverables, I will try to understand your buyers.

What problems do they face? What worries do they have? What problem they plan to solve by buying your product or service? What stops them from buying your product or service? What are their apprehensions? What are their worries? What will make them happy and satisfied?

I will address all these issues as a copywriter.

My copywriting can sell more because I write my copy from the perspective of your users. I empathize with them. After all, they are the ones who will be buying from you.

Landing page copywriting services: What is a landing page and how can a proficient landing page copywriter help you?

Copywriting services for landing page

Copywriting services for landing page

As the name suggests, a “landing page” is a web page where people land – they arrive on your website.

Someone providing you copywriting services for landing page must clearly no the difference between your home page and your landing page.

A landing page can be a part of your sales funnel containing multiple landing pages or it can be a standalone web page designed to accomplish a single task.

This single task can be asking people to register for your seminar, contact you for your consulting services, buy your e-book, buy one of your products or subscribe for your email newsletter.

Your homepage is NOT your landing page. Make sure the person providing you copywriting services for landing page knows that.

Whereas your homepage represents your entire business, a landing page focuses on a single call-to-action.

In terms of improving your SEO, a landing page is where people land after coming across your link on Google.

If you have found this page on Google and have straightaway come to this page by clicking the link, it is a landing page.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

But by strict definition, landing pages are normally used for PPC campaigns because in PPC campaigns, every click matters.

Hence, if, you are spending $100 every day on Google AdWords the copywriting on your landing page must do business of more than $100 to either break even or make profit.

For this to happen, your landing page must have a good conversion rate.

As an experienced landing page copywriter I can achieve that for you – I can improve your conversion rate.

Your conversion rate depends on what is written on your landing page.

This is where I can help you as a proficient landing page copy writer.

I know how to hook your visitors the moment they land on your landing page.

I know how to make them read each and every headline and sub-headline, each and every sentence, each and every paragraph, and each and every bullet point.

How do I achieve that?

When you decide to hire my landing page copywriting services I learn about your audience as much as possible.

I also thoroughly understand your product or service you are planning to promote through your landing page.

Then I make a connection between your audience and your product or service.

I find out what is the most compelling reason for people to buy your product?

What is the most pressing problem and how desperately are they looking for a solution?

Solving problems with landing page copywriting

Solving problems with landing page copywriting

When a person comes to your landing page, he or she should be immediately able to relate to what is written on your landing page.

On your landing page people don’t want to read long sentences. In fact, all the main expressions – headings, subheadings, the first few sentences, the bullet points – must be short and crisp and to the point.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Your landing page must also use the language people are familiar with.

From a person looking for a high-end gadget to someone looking for a blonde wig, the language must be crafted accordingly during the process of your landing page copywriting.

When writing copy for your landing page I will make sure that there are no distractions in the writing.

As your preferred landing page copywriter I know that even small distractions (in the name of adding a bit of extra information) can send people away from your landing page.

There should be no distractions in your landing page copywriting

There should be no distractions in your landing page copywriting

Landing page copywriting shouldn’t be confused with copywriting for other sections of your website

Before you hire landing page copywriting services you must understand one thing:

Many people confuse a landing page with the website homepage, which is not.

In fact, as I have explained in Difference between content writing and copywriting, you shouldn’t make your average content writer work on your landing page because he or she may not know the difference between writing for the usual pages on your website and writing the copy of your landing page. Even small changes can make a big difference.

Landing page copywriting services are specialized services.

As explained above, a landing page is not for everyone. Whereas, your homepage may be for everyone who might be directly or remotely interested in doing business with you.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

For example, for an AdWords campaign or a Facebook campaign, it doesn’t make sense to use your homepage.

Your home page talks about the entire collection of products or services you provide.

Although this is a good way of providing information to your general visitors, for a PPC campaign, a social media campaign or an email campaign, the general homepage is distracting.

Instead, you get a better conversion rate if you use a unique, dedicated landing page for your campaign.

A landing page is focused on a single call-to-action objective. Some of the call-to-action in landing page content examples include,

  • Subscribe to your newsletter.
  • Avail a particular SEO service.
  • Download an e-book.
  • Attend a seminar or workshop.
  • Purchase a set of CDs.
  • Book an appointment for a real estate deal.

A landing page has a clear-cut objective. It doesn’t even have your usual navigation bar. There are no hyperlinks except for the contact form or the shopping cart button.

My landing page copywriting services can help you achieve that objective.

Copywriting services for voice search

Optimized copywriting for voice search

Optimized copywriting for voice search

Every major technology company, especially the ones selling mobile phones and related operating systems, is investing big in voice search.

Therefore, it is very important that your copywriting focuses on voice search as much as it focuses on conventionally optimized content.

What is voice search?

The image asks what is why search

What is voice search?

It means when people talk into their mobile phones (even browser add-ons on their PCs and laptops) instead of typing into them. Specially to look for information.

Using search engines these days to find every bit of information has become second nature to every mobile phone user. Even to check out websites, people use search engines instead of straightaway typing the URL.

It is like this, you are looking for a professional copywriter for your website, you will speak into your phone something like, “copywriting services for my art gallery website”.

A peculiar thing about voice search is that apps like Google Assistant can even remember your previous search activity to interpret what you really mean to search instead of taking your proceeding search as a standalone query.

For example, you first search for “best chicken tikkas in my area”.

Google shows you the results – listings of all the restaurants offering chicken tikkas.

Then, if you search for “restaurant serving after 11 PM”, Google will show you not just the restaurants that are open after 11 PM, but also the one that serves chicken tikkas.

You can use different variations according to your individual business needs, but the basic premise is, instead of typing your query, you may use voice, and when you use voice, your search queries are conversational instead of well-defined text strings.

And it’s not just mobile phones where people use voice search.

Millions of devices are being shipped that are voice-controlled, including Amazon Echo and Google Home.

According to this AdWeek link, right now (this is 2019) there are 67 million voice-enabled devices just in the US.

They don’t even have optional buttons. They are completely controlled by voice commands and one of the major features is the ability to search by telling them the queries instead of typing them in.

Developments in the ranking algorithms that can use natural language processing to recognize voice text and related patterns have also contributed towards more people using voice search instead of simple typing.

This is why, it is very important that any optimized text on your website or even your blog, is optimized for voice search.

Copywriting services and voice search

effective-copywriting-gets-you-better-conversion-rate

According to this Search Engine Watch post, search results for voice search are different from search results for typed search even for the same sort of information.

SEO experts have noted that once you have optimized your content and your copywriting according to conventional SEO techniques you cannot safely assume that your website will also draw targeted traffic from voice search.

You need to tailor your content both for the purpose of optimizing for voice search, and for higher conversion rate.

The role of copywriting

Copywriting mostly comes into picture when you need to convince your visitors (in terms of World Wide Web) into becoming your customers and clients.

“Convincing” is the keyword here – you need to be persuasive enough.

Hence, your copywriting must be conversational, engaging, informative, succinct, and in terms of optimization, well-adapted to voice search.

Through my website copywriting services I can help you convert more visitors into customers and clients and at the same time draw targeted traffic from voice searches.

How will I optimize copywriting for voice search, for your business?

When I write copy for your website, in fact, before I start writing copy for your website, I will try to understand how your target customers and clients carry out searches.

As a writer, I don’t believe that you should solely focus on improving your search engine rankings because higher rankings mean nothing unless the traffic converts.

The traffic doesn’t convert unless you have well-written content, well-written copy on your website.

Having said that, the need to draw targeted search engine traffic is inescapable.

Many businesses depend on search engine traffic and with greater number of devices enabling people to voice search, you need copywriting services to target people who use voice instead of typing to find information on the Internet.

To achieve this, I will take care of the following:

  • Optimize your copy for longer search terms.
  • Keep my copywriting conversational because this is how people search using voice.
  • Understand what sort of problems people have and then provide solutions through my writing.
  • While keeping my copywriting professional, I will write in a manner your core audience speaks.
  • I will write for the web, which means, write shorter, crisp sentences that are to the point.

What is so important about voice search and how my copywriting services can help you?

Importance of copywriting in voice search

Importance of copywriting in voice search

People, especially those who are comfortable with the language they speak in (mostly English in this context), don’t use a monotonous way of talking when using voice search.

They use conversational style. Also, they mostly ask questions. Given a choice, 71% people prefer to use voice assistant to search for information.

The use of mobile phones and the mobile technology has been phenomenal. Even a totally illiterate person can use a mobile phone. If he or she doesn’t know how to read or type, he or she definitely knows how to speak into a mobile device.

Hence, it is very important that your partner with a professional copywriting service that helps you optimize your website content for voice search. Contact me today for more information.

What is copywriting? How do web copywriting services generate more business for your website?

There is a big difference between website copywriting and website content writing.

Whereas every decent writer can be a content writer, a website copywriter definitely needs to have the proverbial “gift for the gab”.

The greatest quality of a website copywriter is his or her ability to convince your visitors into becoming your paying customers and clients.

You can have a great writer for your website but unless your visitors become your customers and clients, his or her skills are of no use to you.

A website copywriter on the other hand might not be an exceptional writer, but if he or she is able to move your visitors into doing business with you, he or she is worth gold for you.

How do our website copywriting services improve your conversion rate?

When does your website conversion rate improve?

Improve your conversion rate with our website copywriting service

When do people trust you and do business with you?

When your website copy empathizes with your prospective customers and clients. When the moment they come to your website, they know you have got what they want.

Two things are very important for your conversion rate to improve:

  1. Right people coming to your website
  2. Right impact is made on the right people coming to your website

Both these qualities need to exist simultaneously.

Even if one of them is missing your conversion rate is not going to improve.

This is why, a professional website copywriting service improves the quality of your web traffic (through search engines, social networking websites and other online sources) as well as the quality of writing on your website. This is where our SEO copywriting services can help you.

Your website copywriting will get you more business if it immediately comes to the point and communicates the benefits of working with you with unequivocal conviction.

When people come to your website they are looking for a solution.

For example…

Someone searches on Google “how to get rid of red ants in my basement?”, finds your link, and comes to your website.

He or she should immediately find the solution he or she is looking for. If you offer pest control services, the person should immediately know that you can help him or her with the ant infestation.

Inform the visitor that you are going to help him or her completely get rid of the red ants without using harmful chemicals, and forever.

Once you have got your magic in his or her basement your treatment will also make sure that the ants don’t return even if there are cracks in the floor.

Tell him or her at the top why he or she must hire you and what problems he or she is going to get into if you are not hired.

No, I don’t mean to say you alarm people, but the greatest advantages of working with you and the greatest disadvantages of not working with you must immediately pop out of your website copywriting.

The biggest strength of your website copy is convincing people into believing that you have got just the right solution for their problem.

This message needs to be delivered in a straight forward manner without scope for confusion.

Remember that people on the web are in a great hurry because one, they are constantly being bombarded by different messages especially when they are accessing your website from their mobile phones and two, it is very easy to move on to another website even if they are slightly unsure of what you are trying to say.

When we write your website copy we cut to the chase and come to the point immediately.

We will spend ample amount of time trying to understand what your customers and clients need and then prepare the copy accordingly.

Also, for the success of your website copywriting, it is very important to know what sort of language your prospective customers or clients use.

If you speak in a totally strange language replete with jargon the entire effort of bringing the right people to your website will go waste.

An experienced website copywriter first understands what keywords and search terms your prospective customers and clients use to be able to find what you offer and then use those keywords and search terms to prepare your copy.

We know the fundamentals of effective website copywriting

Listed below are the fundamentals of website copywriting that we put into practice when we write copy for your website…

  • Create very compelling headlines and sub-headlines
  • Use the keywords or search terms that the person has just used right in the beginning, preferably in the headline (this is where SEO copywriting plays an important part)
  • Use active voice with shorter sentences
  • Come to the point immediately
  • Highlight the overwhelming benefits of your product or service.
  • Use call-to-action at strategic locations
  • Use the important details that can influence the visitors’ decision positively
  • Create a copy that is easy to read with very concise sentences so that the visitors can go through it as quickly as possible and still understand its meaning
  • Create a sense of urgency without misleading or alarming your visitor
  • Avoid using negative words throughout the copy.

Website copywriting is a special skill that is acquired with lots of experience.

Sure, the ability to write convincingly needs to be there but what works and what doesn’t work can only be learnt after working in the trenches for multiple clients.

As a long-established content writer and website copywriter I have been writing copy and content for my clients for more than 13 years now.

I understand that every client has a unique requirement so there is no set template when doing website copywriting but still there are some fundamentals that need to be taken care of and the understanding of these fundamentals can only be acquired through persistent working in the real-world scenarios.

Our turnaround time is quite fast (it also depends on our level of communication). Normally we can deliver 2-3 documents in a single day.

My SEO copywriting services can improve your search engine rankings

I use my SEO copywriting services to help my clients improve their search engine rankings on a regular basis. Am I copywriter? Not in the traditional sense as you can see that I provide content writing services to my clients and it’s very rarely do I mention that I also provide copywriting services.

But my clients do hire me to improve their search engine rankings through SEO content. Here is something I wrote about the difference between copywriting and content writing a long time back and here is something I wrote about the importance of SEO copywriting for your business.

Why you should hire my copywriting services to improve your search engine rankings?

Although I promote my services as a content writer basically I’m a writer and this means, I write to communicate thoughts and messages. I know how to do it convincingly and compellingly. What does this mean? It means that if you want to hire my copywriting services to get more customers and clients I can do that for you; I have done it for many of my clients. It’s another matter that when I write for my clients they also experience an improvement in their search engine rankings so my writing automatically becomes SEO writing for them. When they see an improvement in their search engine rankings plus an improvement in the lead generation as well as sales, instead of content writing, it becomes copywriting because after all, copywriting means writing in a way that people feel like doing business with you.

I can achieve the following for your business through my SEO copywriting services:

  • Higher rankings on search engine result pages on a sustained level
  • More search engine traffic for the targeted keywords
  • More search engine traffic for related keywords (not exactly the keywords you are targeting but their synonyms and their contextual meanings)
  • Better engagement when people come to your website
  • An improved conversion rate
  • Better engagement with your audience
  • Better engagement on social media and social networking websites
  • Transfer of knowledge from you to your readers in a reader-friendly format

When I write your copy I focus more on the advantages of the product or service that you offer rather than features and characteristics because your customers and clients are not bothered about features and characteristics. They have problems, and to those problems they are looking for solutions. Through my copywriting I empathize with your customers and clients and prepare the copy from their point of view. They should be able to relate to the literature present on your website because if they cannot relate to it, they won’t feel like doing business with you.

Of course there are trigger words that encourage your visitors to take the desired action and I do conform to those trigger words at strategic locations.

How my compelling content writing becomes SEO copywriting that helps you improve your search engine rankings

In the age of content writing I feel copywriting is an overrated expression not in the sense that it is not useful, but it is wrongly used. If as a content writer I can convince you into doing business with me, then I’m also a good copywriter. If my content writing can get you better search engine rankings without compromising on the quality of my writing, then I’m also a good SEO copywriter. This is something that I do on a routine basis. My clients hire me because they are not simply interested in SEO copywriting for the sake of improving their search engine rankings, they want to improve their conversion rate because that’s what ultimately matters. If that is what you too are looking for, then do contact me to know more about how I can help you get more traffic as well as more leads out of that traffic.

We can easily bet that all your clients want better search engine rankings. Although there are zillions of factors that affect your search engine rankings, everything begins with great content writing and copywriting. This is something that we can deliver.

SEO content writing involves careful study of keywords and then creating compelling content around them, without needlessly using them.

Search engines like Google demand quality these days. Your content writing and copywriting should be impeccable, of high standard. Again, Credible Content can deliver that without fail.

You can establish yourself as a competent web design company if you can also provide SEO content and SEO copywriting.

Even if some people don’t understand the importance of quality content, everybody understands the importance of getting good search engine rankings. The rankings of various websites have been dropping left right and center due lousy content and other shady SEO activities carried out by the so-called “SEO experts” and website owners themselves.

Many web design agencies also offer SEO services but now it is pretty much known that SEO has got much to do with how the content is written. Without quality content there is practically no SEO.

A web design agency can optimize the source code, it can also get thousands of external links, but nothing matters unless a website has well-written, relevant content, and this is something only a trained, professional content writing and copywriting service like Credible Content can provide.

What does copywriting for SEO mean?

It means making it easier for people to find your website or blog for relevant keywords, and at the same time writing highly valuable and quality content.

How are SEO copywriting and quality content related and why you need to pay attention to both?

In this regard, how can an SEO copywriting service like mine help you?

For this you need to know why you want to improve your search engine rankings.

The obvious answer is that you want to get traffic from search engines.

Why do you want to get traffic from search engines?

You’re looking for customers and clients.

But do you know what is “pogo sticking”?

When someone comes to your website from Google and then immediately leaves because the content is of low quality or irrelevant, it is called pogo sticking.

This is bad for your SEO. Google has a way of knowing how much time people spend on your website after finding your link on the search engine.

So, naturally, if they don’t spend much time on the link it means they are not finding what they are looking for.

This further means that your link on search results is not solving any purpose for the keyword it is ranking.

Your rankings for that keyword are lowered.

Quality SEO copywriting ensures that you have relevant content and at the same time, content that ranks well on Google and other search engines.

You need to be careful when copywriting for SEO

SEO Copywriting Services can help you improve your search engine rankings but they work like a double-edged sword.

There is quality copywriting to engage your audience and help them take a decision in your favor.

And then there is writing that merely stuffs keywords into your copy hoping that this would improve your search engine rankings.

Aimlessly using your keywords and search terms can prove counter-productive and instead of improving your search engine rankings, they can harm your rankings.

SEO Copywriting means writing compelling content for your readers.

It also means writing content that satisfies search engine crawlers.

It definitely doesn’t mean stuffing your content with keywords nonsensically.

Using keywords aimlessly harms your search engine rankings.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

Being an experienced content writer and copywriter I can create content around your important keywords and key phrases without compromising the overall quality of your copy.

How do I do that?

Your keywords are important, right?

What are keywords?

They are search queries, or the variations of search queries, that your prospective customers and clients use when they are searching for information about your business.

Every search engine user has a search intent.

Read What is search intent and how it improves your SEO.

Therefore, whenever I start writing your SEO content, I figure out why we are writing that content and whom are we targeting?

Are you targeting people who are just looking for information, but right now are not interested in buying?

Are we writing content for people who are still in the process of making up their minds, but they do want to buy a product or a service (that you sell)?

Do we want to write copy for people who are ready to buy?

These are important phases of your sales funnel.

No one will immediately buy from you. Especially on the Internet.

You need to write SEO copy for every phase of your sales funnel.

Therefore, as an experienced SEO copywriter, I will first help you decide which search intent you want to target with your content, and only then write content.

I will give you my own example:

Suppose, Vishal is looking for my SEO copywriting services. What could be his intent? He may use the following queries on Google:

  1. What is SEO copywriting (informational search intent – he’s looking for information on what is SEO copywriting and how it can help him improve his search engine rankings)?
  2. Which is best SEO copywriting service (commercial search intent – he is interested in improving his search engine rankings through content but hasn’t yet made up his mind about whom to hire)?
  3. SEO copywriting services for my online store (he is ready to hire someone).

To be able to get found for the phrase “best SEO copywriting service” I need to optimize my content in such a manner that Google knows that I give the right answer for the topic (Google knows if people spend time reading this particular web page).

The phrase “what is SEO copywriting” must appear a few times on a web page but I must make sure I don’t overdo it.

I should use the phrase at least once in the subheading <h2></h2>.

It helps if I have related image.

Best SEO copywriting services

Best SEO copywriting services

The first priority should always be the relevance and quality of your content.

Once that is taken care of, your main phrases and a few related phrases should be incorporated into the copy, strategically.

This is where I can help you.

I know how to write informative, conversational content.

At the same time I can use your primary, secondary and longtail keywords in such a manner that they appear sufficiently and naturally within your web page.

Please remember that ultimately what matters is how many people convert (become your paying customers and clients) by reading your copy and if all you are bothered about is using your keywords everywhere around, even if it improves your search engine traffic, it doesn’t do you much good.

How my SEO copywriting services help your business

How my SEO copywriting services will help your business

How my SEO copywriting services will help your business.

Almost every business on the Internet needs search engine traffic.

Of course there are some websites that don’t depend on search engine traffic, but most do.

So if you need qualified search engine traffic, you have to bother with SEO copywriting.

For that you need an SEO copywriting service or an SEO copywriter who can maintain a perfect balance between informative content and search engine optimization.

click-or-tap-to-know-more-about-my-content-writing-services-and-content-marketing-services

SEO copywriting is not as cryptic as it sounds.

It is normal copywriting, it’s just that when I’m preparing your copy I try to use your primary and secondary keywords at strategic places.

How does that matter?

Suppose you run a computer repair service in LA.

There might be hundreds of thousands of such services all over the globe because everybody and his/her granny uses computers these days in one way or another.

So if somebody simply looks for “computer repair service” it is not going to help much if most of the services that are being listed are in Beijing or Honolulu.

You want a service that is based in LA.

People search for “computer repair service in LA”, or “LA computer repair services”, and so on.

You need to keep people looking for computer repair services in LA in mind while creating your content.

Unless you use these words, how can search engine algorithms rank you for computer repair services in LA?

This is just an example and to be frank it is quite easy and straightforward.

There can be very difficult examples and sometimes there are big gaps between what YOU think people must be looking for and what ACTUALLY people are looking for.

As explained above, you also need to consider the search engine user’s intent– exactly why the person is looking for your website or blog?

Talking about search intent, quite often people wonder why they need to publish informational content – content that educates people about your business.

For example, if you run a computer repair service in LA, why do you want to publish multiple blog posts on how people can take care of their computers on their own?

Google values content. Google also values educational content over commercial content.

If you go through my website and my blog, you will see that I have published over 1500 web pages and blog posts on various topics of content writing, copywriting, and content marketing.

Why do I want to educate people?

It isn’t simply about educating people. It is about increasing your content depth.

To be able to rank higher you need to convince Google that you are an authority on your topic.

How do you establish your authority? By sharing expertise.

Even your customers and clients are convinced when you share your expertise.

When people come to my website and see that I have published so much content on my profession, they are convinced that I know how to write better content.

If I can improve my search engine rankings, I can also help them improve theirs.

Similarly, if you share lots of tips on how to repair computers, your customers will feel more confident about your expertise.

This is one search intent.

After coming to your website, people must know that you’re not simply an educational blog; you also provide services.

When people come to my website, although they find lots of educational content on content writing and copywriting, they also immediately know that I provide various writing-related services.

That is commercial and transactional content.

As your SEO copywriter I also help you find that out.

Copywriting and content writing are different

Copywriting and content writing are different.

Copywriting, as you may already know, is different from normal content writing.

Both the terms often get mixed up but they are difference.

Copywriting comes from advertising and it may involve creating sales pitches and marketing oriented writing.

The main characteristics of copywriting include

  • Clear and concise messaging.
  • Persuasive language that motivates action.
  • Focus on benefits and value proposition.
  • Emotional appeal to engage the audience.
  • Attention-grabbing headlines and hooks.
  • Use of storytelling techniques to captivate readers.
  • Understanding the target audience and tailoring the message accordingly.
  • Call-to-action statements to prompt desired response.
  • Use of compelling and descriptive language.
  • Consistency in tone and voice throughout the copy.

Content is, well, almost everything that is visible on your website or on your blog, or in your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus updates (in the form of text, videos and images).

So ideally SEO copywriting means that a copy is not only search engine friendly it also fetches you more business by convincing your visitors into becoming your paying customers and clients.

Elsewhere on my website I have discussed how I achieve that.

How my SEO copywriting services can improve your search engine rankings

How my SEO copywriting services improve your search engine rankings

How my SEO copywriting services improve your search engine rankings.

I understand copywriting from the in-side out.

I know, this sounds clichéd.

But really, how do my online copywriting services improve your search engine rankings?

I will spend ample time understanding the most compelling strengths of your product or service.

This is most important.

After all, your copy must be about what value you deliver.

How your copy ranks on search engines comes later.

Since you want your content to be written for an audience, it is very important to understand what your audience is looking for and then write your SEO copy accordingly.

You need persuasive writing to convert search engine traffic into paying customers and clients.

What is persuasion?

Persuasion is your ability to convince your people to take a specific action. That action may be purchasing from you, hiring you, signing up for your newsletter, or downloading your e-book.

You need to appeal to their emotions. You also need to appeal to their logical reasoning. You need to capture their attention, build trust, and convincingly address their needs and desires.

Ultimately, you guide them towards a desired outcome.

Through my SEO copywriting services, I don’t just incorporate keywords and search queries to improve your search engine rankings, I also improve your conversion rate by implementing the above-mentioned attributes.

Here are 10 ways I can help you improve your search engine rankings through my online copywriting services:

  • Write engaging and informative website content.
  • Strategically incorporate your target keywords with different variations.
  • Incorporate on-page SEO by including primary and secondary keywords in subheadings.
  • Use strategic interlinking to increase credibility of your website.
  • Write compelling and shareable content that gets you backlinks from quality websites.
  • Make your content scannable so that it is easily readable.
  • Keep your content professional and yet easy to read.
  • Use copywriting principles to evoke the necessary emotions.
  • Regularly update and re-purpose your existing content to maintain freshness and relevance.
  • Write optimized meta tags such as web page titles and descriptions.

Anyway, what I want to say is, copywriting is all about understanding the most compelling strengths of the product or service you are trying to write about, understanding the most compelling needs of the audience you are trying to write for, and then representing both through writing.

SEO copywriting involves doing the same, but using the words and search terms people use in order to look for your product or service on search engines.

As I have written above, the secret lies in striking the perfect balance.

As a trained SEO copywriter I know how to please both human beings and search engines.

A good thing is, there is a similarity in the way people and search engine algorithms interpret your copy.

More and more search engine companies are using “human intelligence” to decide rankings.

If people like what you have written, your rankings automatically begin to improve.

You need to make sure that your writing is relevant, useful, informative, and provides legitimate information.

SEO copywriting services FAQs.

How long does it take my SEO writing services to improve your search engine rankings?

Although optimized content is the building block of your search engine visibility, there are 200+ factors that influence your search engine rankings.

Improving your search engine rankings through optimized copywriting isn’t a one-time campaign. It requires sustained effort.

How fast you improve your search engine visibility depends on

  • Your domain authority.
  • The amount of content you already have.
  • The quality of your existing content.
  • The level of competition you face for your primary and secondary keywords.
  • The content publishing frequency of your different competitors.
  • The quality of backlinks to your website.
  • The choice of keywords you target through content.

Therefore, I cannot give you a specific timeframe to improve your search engine rankings through my writing.

Yes, on an average, if you publish 3-4 blog posts or web pages every week, you should start noticing a difference in about three months.

Can I stop publishing content after my rankings have improved?

It’s up to you. It is also up to your competitors.

If your competitors are constantly publishing content to outrank you, you need to publish content to outrank them.

Remember that you may have multiple competitors, so you need to compete with all of them to sustain your rankings.

I don’t want to mislead you: maintaining your search engine rankings is an ongoing process.

If you stop publishing and updating your content, you’re going to lose your rankings within a month.

How many words are enough per page or per blog post?

It depends on whom you are trying to out rank.

Some of my clients use SEMRush to analyse their competitors and find out how many words they need to target to achieve better rankings than their competitors.

But personally, I feel it is not about number of words that you have on your web page or blog post.

It is about relevancy and frequency.

Choose your topics wisely.

Pack as much information as possible without boring your readers.

Ideally, they should get whatever they need to fully understand a topic on a single web page or blog post.

It may take 500 words. It may take 3000 words. It depends on from how many angles you want to approach a certain topic.

Having said that, 1000 words is an average target. Try to keep your web pages and blog posts at least 1000 words. 1500 words is a good aim.

Do I need to hire SEO copywriting services if I can write by myself?

Depends.

If you hire an SEO copywriter (like me) they are experienced and trained.

Writing SEO content comes naturally to them. This is one reason.

The second is time and regularity. As a professional (suppose you are an architect) you need to think whether you want to spend your time on an activity that is critical to your business growth, but you don’t do it for a living or you would you like to hire someone who does SEO copywriting for a living.

Along with quality, regularity is extremely important. If you can maintain regularity, then do it by yourself.

I’m not comfortable hard selling my services. If you think you can write by yourself, go ahead. I’m not going to convince you against it.

Do you use AI tools like ChatGPT to write SEO content?

I don’t. Although ChatGPT can produce content extremely fast, after a while, it becomes stale.

I do use ChatGPT to quickly create outlines and even to generate content ideas that then I write in my own language.

It is a tool. You can also use it as a writing tool, but the end product comes from me.

The words of mine. The writing style is mine.

Besides, at least right now, no matter how well ChatGPT writes, it doesn’t do SEO content well.

Why good content is necessary

Why good content is necessary

Why good content is necessary?

It’s been now more than 16 years (it’s 2020 now) since I’ve been writing content for various websites, and I still feel most webmasters do not consider content as important as the layout of the website.

It’s evident from the way they want to pay measly for the content writing services, and sometimes don’t even deem it fit to pay even if the content writer has delivered the work.

This reminds me of the days when people used to have websites just for the heck of it — “it’s a silly thing, but my client abroad wants to see it,” a client told me once about his need to have a website for his export company.

Content writing is at its nascent state. Especially in India where entrepreneurs and business owners are grudgingly accepting that they cannot do without a professional content writer.

They want quality content through wishful thinking.

The situation is not as daunting as it was a few years ago.

I get to work with clients who really understand and appreciate the significance of the written word on their websites, and hence, are eager to pay good for it.

They know the expense is justified considering the return they are going to get.

Well-written content is needed for SEO as well as conversion/engagement on your website

It is your content that draws people from search engines and social media websites to your website. It is your content that encourages casual visitors to become your paying customers and clients.

You need content for SEO because good quality targeted content increases your content depth. For example, since I am a content writer, I must have lots of content on my website and blog that talks about content writing and copywriting. This is natural.

It’s because Google looks for authority websites to rank well. Its algorithm is not perfect but at least now It can easily distinguish between high quality content and video content.

It takes help from visitor reaction.

If people don’t spend much time going through your content, it means your content does not touch the right chord. They don’t find your content useful and purposeful.

Even if initially your links begin to appear among search results, you lose your rankings if from Google people go to your website and then immediately come back to the search engine and carry on with the previous search.

Hence, you need quality content to improve your SEO.

This is what Frederick Turner thinks of content — The substantive or meaningful part: “The brain is hungry not for method but for content, especially content which contains generalizations that are powerful, precise, and explicit.”

Content is the meat of your website due to the following reasons:

The more they read, the more they trust

When a visitor comes to your website, unless she really knows you, she is full of apprehensions, and it is so natural.

No matter how cool your website is, the crux of the matter is, it is faceless and silent.

It’s like arriving at a super-age spaceship that has no humans in it.

Only your words can allay her doubts, only your words can convey that you are a real person, only your words can explain to her what you are selling and why it would be good for her to purchase what you are selling.

Your words comfort her and sooth her.

On whichever page she is, she gets to read something that answers one or the other question she might be having. It feels good when you get answers to your questions, doesn’t it?

The more she reads, the more she knows about you and your organization.

The familiarity ushers a comfort (it also breeds contempt but that’s an entirely different issue) level.

Even if she doesn’t buy, she remembers.

I have a personal experience: a few months ago I visited someone’s website by chance.

I think I was led to his website by some search engine result.

Although he wasn’t offering what I was looking for, I loved the way he had written (or got it written, whatever) the content of his main landing page, and although at that moment I didn’t need to be there, I read the entire thing.

After a few weeks another search led me to his website, and this time he was selling something that I didn’t need immediately, but may need, in the future.

I remembered loving what he had written, and I also liked what I was reading currently.

He seemed to be a nice, trusting person.

He seemed to be in possession of lots of knowledge and wisdom.

His words said he was going to be around for a long time.

I bought the product.

His content sold me something I didn’t even need at that time (I still haven’t used that thing but don’t regret buying it).

Words have been one of the greatest inventions of the human race. One should use them optimally.

Search Engines look for content

If you have noticed, recently your search results have been improving when you look for terms on Google, Bing etc.

The search engine algorithms are putting more and more emphasis on the relevancy of the written content of your website.

This is a step in the right direction both for the search engine robots and for the human beings.

After all, if you are searching for a specific term or a key phrase, you need information specific to that keyword.

You don’t need unnecessary pages coming at the top.

If a website contains lots of good content that talks about your search keywords, it is going to be rated higher.

So if you sell shoes and your website has lots of content regarding shoes, your website is going to be ranked higher than, let us say, even Adidas for that matter.

Similarly, if my website has lots of information on content writing and copywriting, it may rank higher than reputed media agencies providing the same services.

It’s like democracy at its fullest glory.

The more keywords-centric content you have, the better is your chance of getting a higher ranking once a search is conducted by your prospective customer or client.

Lots of interlinking

Lots of pages having good content on your website mean lots of good pages linking back to your main page.

You already know it is important that pages having good content link back to your main page.

The search engines think, and rightly so, that if pages having good content link back to your website, then your website must be relevant.

Also, if your page has some useful information, other webmasters too put that page’s link on their websites.

Soon you have this massive interlinked network.

In the end I would say, it’s not about having lots of content, it’s about having relevant content.

If you have relevant, optimized and well-meaning textual content; your visitors read it, the search engines find it, and the webmasters link to it.

If the content is not good, your visitors don’t read it, the search engines can’t make out what you’re trying to say and hence ignore it, and the webmasters don’t link back to it.

It’s such a simple logic.
